Revision Rhinoplasty: Not what I had hoped for.

First consultation for Revision Rhinoplasty

It's been 5 years of putting up with a messed up nose (you can refer to my review on my Primary Rhinoplasty). I'm currently staying in US and have saved enough for a revision surgery. I had my first consultation today with Dr David W Kim( San Francisco). He seems very conservative in this approach. He created two morphs but said the one with a more projected tip is not achievable, so the results would be closer to the first morph. I like the second one better. Let me know what you guys think. I'm planning on seeing Dr Donald B Yoo next.

During my primary Rhinoplasty the Dr had reduced my bridge. I'm looking to add some height back and get a more projected nose. Dr Kim said that if he adds some height to the bridge he would need to project the tip even further which won't be possible as there is a limit to how much projection cab be achieved. I'm not very convinced with the Morph he created.

Finally after waiting for 6 years , I’m undergoing a revision with Dr Donald B Yoo. I’m extremely nervous.

Thanks ! I read your reviews on your rhinoplasty procedure, you too have been through such an ordeal. But honestly speaking I quite liked your nose after the revision . How are you feeling about your nose now ? Also can you please tell me the name of your Surgeon?

I'm not completely satisfied with the result now. I'm waiting to decide to go back to the surgeon or go to others. He was Davis in FL.
