360 lipo BBL 1450cc each butt Dr.Aslani

Hello all ! I am still to take the big journey but I have taken the first step! I have had an online consultation with the surgeon 2 days ago.it went well,many question answered,new ones come up.
Butt implants are a bit scary I think,I have chosen my clinic because they do this a lot. I really like their results and reviews are great. I guess all those surgeons who are famous,busy and do a lot of surgeries have bad reviews too but with Aslani it seems very few and I have not found anything serious.
Still worried about a couple of things,and others I find even more confusing after speaking to him.
Should I go for round or anatomical ? What size ? The doctor said he could not really say that before surgery but it should be possible to measure that.
My biggest worry stays that they might be visible when I bend did anyone have anatomical implants with him who had that problem ?Nearly all aslani dolls I have found seem to have roumd ones?

These are my wish pics I have deliberately taken pictures from Aslani's gallery and none of these fancy Instagrams to set realistic goals. I don't want nothing absurd I just love the roundness he gives to the hips.I would love to know what size of implants these girls have had but it does not say on the page?

So the question I still have is that dual plane thing aslani told me that the upper half of the implant would go under the muscle and the lower half would go sandwiched inside. It seems to be something you and he explained it well but looking back at it I still didn't get it. Has one of you got dual plane and can tell me what it means ?
