43 Yrs Old Mom of 2 Adult Kids getting a tummy tuck with lipo on flanks in Boston

hi all its been 7 months and my belly is still numb. I go to the gym 5 days a week. I had gained back 10 pounds after surgery, but now I am down to 149 with lots of hard work and only 1200c a day!! Its working. I have slimmed down a bit in my waist. Down to a size 10 and a Medium shirt. Even my feet shrunk! Well worth it even if my tummy is not flat. Too much fat under there still. Can do a few situps and i lift some weights.

i still cant do a sit up and at times i have pull. My surgery was extensive for muscle repair. The hardness of my tummy is unreal and spreads at least 5 " I can walk and do steps at the gym, but going to try bowling today.

work was so hard the first day, day 2 better, today is day 3 we shall see. I am down another pound. Yippee. my binder is fraying and had to ask dr to send me another one. they are . thank god its free! i am so broke!!!! Can't seem to make any sales online for my soaps or whipped body butters. I am hoping to sell some. So hard to stretch my muscles are stiff. i am still not on my side in bed yet. but down one pillow! thank god!
