I chose to visit Meadows Surgical Arts at the recommendation of several satisfied friends. Like most women, after I had my son, I could NOT loose the weight I gained! I continued to gain, and became more miserable and lost all self confidence over the next 4 years. Needless to say I was a mess. I had no energy, no focus, and my eating habits were atrocious! After talking with friends who have done the weight loss program through Dr. Meadows, I decided to give it a try. I was so nervous, but after meeting Nikki and talking with her about my weight and goals, I was completely at ease. She reassured me I was not the only person who felt this way and that sometimes life just happens. But, we can rebound and change our habits and make ourselves better. That is exactly what I have done! I have lost over 20 lbs, I have more energy, and more focus! It has benefited me is a positive way at home and at work!
