I had been over eating for 1,5 years and my body...

I had been over eating for 1,5 years and my body gained 20 kilos. I decided to do a BBL at Comfortzone surgery, wich I deeply regret now.
When I sent them a Mail with pictures of my body and my height/weight, Engin answered that they could take out 6000CC of fat, and that it would have taken 1 year to lose that amount of fat myself. They were going to take fat out of my whole tummy, back, arms, inner thighs and from my double chin.
I was looking forward to it, and saved 45 000 NOK to do the procedure.
When we arrived, we met Engin, and he was really nice and fixed everything. It was easy to speak with him since he spoke English fluently, and through the week me and my friend were there, he arranged drivers to pick us up from the mall etc. That is the most positive thing about this experience, although we understood that he only did this for the money. It was Engin that had answered my Mail, and he is not a professional surgeon or anything, he's just in contact with the hospitals and surgerons that does the work, and then he profits from it since we pay a lot more than what it really costs in Turkey.
Since he is not a surgeon, he is not capable of answer any medical questions (even though he does!), and he couldn't know how much fat it was possible to remove from my body, so when I had my consultion with the surgeon Dr. Ismail, 15 minutes before I was supposed to have my surgery(!!!), he told me that they could only take out fat from my stomach, and not from my arms, back rolls, inner thighs or my double chin. So I had payed 15 000 NOK extra to get extra liposuction, but I didn't get it. Then I got calming medicines that most people falls into sleep of taking, but I didn't, so I was literally lying on the operation table and asked one minute before my surgery if he could PLEASE liposuct my double chin, since I had looked so much forward to getting my "old", skinny face back. He said yes, and the next thing I remember is that I was shivering, and they put an air dryer-ish thing in my bed and I got my normal temperature back.
I woke up on my back and I thought that was weird since you're not supposed to lay on your bum after the surgery, but I couldn't move because i was in pain, and I was so stiff i couldn't turn around myself. I tried to ask the nurses about it, but they didn't understand one word of English. My compression garment was smelling really disgusting since my sores after the lipo were leaking, and when I went to the toilet, I found out that it wasn't properly pulled on me, so I got pee all over it, but couldn't do anything about it since the nurses couldn't understand me. We went home, and i got told that i could shower on day 4 after the surgery. 4 days is the rule in Norway too, but this couldn't be good when my garment was full of blood, urine and liquid from my sores.
Anyways, 4 days with bad and unhealthy food that newly operated people shouldn't be eating, I finally got to take a shower and change plasters on my sores. I Immediately saw that I had a bacterial infection in my belly, since it was yellow/green, smelt and disgusting. I then realized why I had been having fever (i was sleeping with 3 blankets and turned the air condition up so that it heated in stead of the opposite, when it was 28 degrees outside in the shadow). I was also cold swetting and felt really bad, even though the skin/sore pain wasn't big. That was probably my body trying to fight the infection.
I got the nurse on the pasient villa to look at it, and she refused to do anything about is, she only put on some tape and said "no infection, no infection, it's okay". I was really scared and booked a doctor's appointment as soon as my flight landed at home, to run some tests and have him to look at my sores.
Later that day after my shower, the tapes were smelling really bad and it went off, so i said to the nurse that i can see that this is infected, and then she finally rinsed the sore, and put on a cream directly from the tube that is being used on other patiens, and on to my infection, before she taped it and said that i had to leave it on for one week.
The nurse spoke very little English, and Engin was busy most of the time, so I was really scared that I wasn't going to get the extra money I payed for the surgery I didn't get, since everybody on the villa realized and told us how shady this whole thing was. But he was able to pay me 5000 NOK to compensate for the lack of liposuction, although I thought that wasn't as much as I had hoped for. There was a girl living in the patient villa wich also got her double chin liposucted, and she told me that she had been asking for a compression band to use on her chin for 6 days, and she hadn't got one. This was on my day 3 of the surgery, and I didn't even know that you needed this, so the information and patient follow-up was terrible! Engin and the villa nurse is not communicating with the surgeons at all, and Engin/Jennifer (Jennifer is the scandinavian customer help) is answering question they are not at all capable or educated enough to answer. Jennifer is also bringing soda and sigarettes to patiens that are fresh out of surgery, and no one cares that you're not supposed to drink sparkling soda or smoke right before and after you've had most surgerys.
The last day finally arrived, and we were going to have a follow-up with Dr. Ismail. He asked me why I didn't take a shower until day 4, and said that I should have been showering everyday. So that's another example of bad communication, and lack of information, since they told me to wait until day 4. Then i asked him to look on my belly and see what he thought of my infection, but then he got angry!! He yelled at me and just told me that he is the best surgeon in Istanbul and that his infection rate was zero, and I didn't know what to do since I felt so helpless, I just wanted to cry and couldn't wait to get home to serious doctor's and a real health care system. So I just had to walk out with my flat bum and swollen tummy with my thighs, arms and back that were still fat, knowing that I had an infection, but no one bothered to help me.
We got home, I went to my doctor, he changed my tapes as he was in shock and couldn't believe that this treatment was true. It never would have happened in Norway. He tested all of my sores and pulled out the stitches under my butt cheeks, since they didn't fall off as they should have, and he told me that he would get the results from my tests in a week.
I was tired all this week, and I was very happy that I didn't have to work in that state. I then got the results, and it said that i had gotten a very rare bacteria called ENTEROBACTER CLOACAE COMPLEX 1OPS-AER, wich my doctor had never heard about. This is a heavy bacteria witch NO antibiotics is working against, so the doctor told me that I just had to cross my fingers that the infection didn't get worse and that my body would get rid of it by itself, or else I would have to get hospitalized in a sheltered department and treated intravenously by people in all-body/face-covering secutity clothes. I wouldn't have been able to come out of the room or have visitors in civil clothes before the bacteria either had disappeared (that could take years), or in worst case scenario, before I died. I was really scared, but I just had to be carefull and hope for the best. In about 2 weeks after this, I started to react to the tape, and I got big fluid sores over my belly. I panicked, since I thought the infection had spread, but I think it was just a reaction to the tape I used. The sore in my belly is still not 100% closed, over 2 month post-op. So I never really know what could happen, but I just have to hope for the best, and in the meantime tell everyone that they should NOT contact COMFORTZONE SURGERY ISTANBUL if they want to have a brazilian buttlift done in Europe. I lost so much money, my scars ended up looking big and ugly, I have a lump of fat on the left side of my stomach, this has cost me approx. 60 000 NOK (since I had to go to the doctor home so many times afterwards, plus I had to buy infection fighting medical stuff), and I could have used those 60K in SO many other ways in stead of getting a quere butt with more cellulites, an infection that could have killed me and a result that no one can notice since I look almost the same as before, just with a weird lump on my tummy and with really noticable scars and weird stuff under my chin. My butt looks almost exactly the same as before, it hasn't gotten any bigger at all. DON'T GO TO COMFORT ZONE SURGERY IN ISTANBUL!

Almost didn't speak with him before the surgery. My butt got really flat and I can't see any difference at all 2 months post-op. I got infected with a bacteria that is resistant to antibiotics, but he refused to look at my infection and yelled at me instead. Really bad surgeon, I would never ever have gone to him again. I also got a big lump of fat on one side of my tummy, witch looks super weird and ugly.
