I am doing so much better. I was told it would be at least 6 months before I would close up and I would have a thick horrible scar. My new surgeon healed me in less than 6 weeks. He even said I was healing too fast lol. I'm just so happy to be done with this and I healed physically now I'm just trying to emotionally healed. I'll never get an apology from him but he made me feel like I was crazy and I was the one doing something wrong. Shame on him and his nurses. Nurses are supposed to advocate for patients and they would NOT listen to me.

Dr Treece did not treat me with respect. I was told that I was a rare case and that this non healing surgical wound would not heal. On my 3rd surgery where he cut me back open from hip to hip, looking like a fillet fish and had the nerve to tell my on my post op day #5 that he was worried about my pain pill use. Are you kidding me. You had to operate on me almost every couple weeks, who else would not have pain? He insulted me by saying he is worried he might need to send me to rehab. I contacted my pharmacy and had the pull my narcotic use and it showed that I actually would have had only 32 days of pills if I took it as often as he prescribed and this was day 52. I had to eat the almost $9000 I paid him and my tummy tuck looks horrible. I fired him the day he insulted me and seen a new doctor the following week. Within 2 weeks my huge, deep incision was almost completely closed. Even that doctor couldn't believe how fast I was healing and took pictures. He actually listened to me and treated me like a person. You can't heal when your in pain. Within 1 week of seeing the new wound doctor I only needed to take pain medicine when I had my dressing changed. I usually never take the time to write a review and I am not trying to sue him or get anything from him but an apology.

OMG. That is crazy. I would have contacted every media outlet there is. To spread the word this is gross negligence.
This is unreal! WTF! Take away this butchers Drs license... because that what he is... a BUTCHER. I'm so happy you are better! That is no way to live. Big hugs girl.
Wow! I am shocked and so angry you were treated this way. I hope you seek legal help. He needs, at the very least, to be reported to the medical board. I'm so happy though that you found a good doctor. Lots of hugs to you!

No I researched him very well and he has a very good reputation. By the 3rd surgery he was so done with me. I feel like it wasn't healing like he thought I should and just cut me back open and let me heal from the inside out. I would never think the doctor would be allowed to send someone home within a couple hours after that surgery with no antibiotics pain, or nausea meds. My poor home healt nurse had no idea how to put the wind vac on such a large wound. She called him and he told her to do it the way she felt it needed to be done! That was it for me. He was playing with my life. He can keep the 10,000 I paid him all together... Karma will come back. I just hope he doesn't do another patient this way and treat the with zero sympathy. I'm so happy to have this behind me. Hopefully next summer my stomach will be a little better and I can enjoy myself :-)
I am absolutely speechless at the picture of your open belly. Good Lord. How did it open up like that? I'm so sorry you had to go through this. But wow, you look INCREDIBLE at the 5 week picture!

Terrible experience. At my initial consultation he is very confident and is excited which makes you excited and tells you what great results you will have. Well 2 months & 3 surgeries later I ate the money, fired him and now my non healing surgical wound is almost completely healed w/in 2 weeks w/new MD

I'm sorry you went through that! If you were a rare case, he should have treated you better...you needed better medical attention. If he couldn't handle it, he should have transferred your care to someone else.
Omg I took 1 look at the pict and freaked out! Wow I'm so sorry to hear that I had mine This pass Monday & Im still freaking out what my scar will look like!!! So how are u now?
It's not about $$ it suing Hun it's about gettin treated as a human being, I would seek some legal action or report this so it doesn't happen to someone else.
Is this a real picture? Makes no sense to me.
I am speechless, that's awful medical practice! I am two weeks post op and I don't care what anyone says this surgery is scary and does hurt. Women in general take on too much. We need to just relax and heal in peace. I wish you the best going forward. Very sorry, no one should ever be treated like this.
