This is what I wrote to my doctor. I really don't feel satisfied. I still look bloated even if I eat a normal size meal. My stomach protrudes. My belly button is huge and abnormal looking.
Hello Dr. Tresse. Is this normal? Since my stomach surgery a year ago I have maintained my weight of 145. I have worked out etc and yet my stomach still looks bloated and my belly button is huge and doesn't look normal size. When I met with you last year you explained that it takes a while for swelling to go down and that the true size of my belly button would not show for a while. You said I was healing well. Although one side was lop sided and I had to come back in for a little bit more of lipo. I respect your profession and wanted to make sure I reach out to you to see if my expectations are realistic because I am not really happy. Yes it is improved. Yet, I was never really heavy. So, I guess I didn't expect to still have a stomach that protrudes outward even though I have NOT gained weight and I work out occasionally. I am just confused. And I refuse to wear a bikini with my belly button being bigger than a quarter size. ????what do you suggest?

Trying to schedule an appointment. So, I called to schedule a appt. Haven't received a phone yet. I am so so very disappointed that I spent this large amount of money only to look the same way with minor improvement.

Looking at your prior picture, there is absolutely no reason why your surgeon shouldn't have delivered phenomenal results. You need to stay on him and make sure he didn't receive a free payday! Sorry he didn't meet your expectations; this is my greatest fear!

Exactly, I am so very disappointed. It is so frustrating because. Was never over weight. I should have had dramatic results for the money paid and it was a fail.

Actually, I have contacted Dr. Treece and have a follow up appt with in to discuss my frustrations.

Met with Dr. Treece regarding my concerns. We discussed the possibilities of what could be causing my abdominal muscle to protrude. So, we will schedule a MRI and take out suture from the cyst that has form.
