24 Y/o, One Child, 5'4", 110 Llbs. 475cc Silicone HP - Columbus, OH

So, I was originally trying to find a PS closer to me. I had a consult with him but, did not like that he didn't want to go above 400cc. I really think that with a 13 BWD I can go above 400cc's with no problem. So I searched around for another PS in Pittsburgh and around Cleveland but could not find one who's work I thought was awesome. I finally found a PS in Columbus. Roxanne Grawe thanks to a few reviews I saw on here. I sent an email to her.
My updates right now are going to sound kind of strange because I wrote them a couple days ago in word-pad but never got a chance to upload.

February 10th:
I sent an inquiry to Roxanne today with photos for the 3D consulting and she sent me a follow-up message less than an hour later. We've already talked a bit about the surgery and I explained to her that I am from out of town and I'd prefer an email or skype consult. She said that was perfectly fine and sent me a long email explaining things about BA and what she thinks I should go with. I sent her an email back with the 15 questions I have about BA. After she answers though I think I will have my answer if I want to go with her or not. But as of now, I am saying yes definitely! She has great reviews on here which definitely helped me decide. She also does big saline implants which makes me very happy. Dr. Kang did not often to do saline implants. He actually said that they were only 5% of the BA's he did. I am probably going to go with whatever Roxanne recommends though, whether it be silicone or saline. My 3D image is pretty funny looking though aha. I love my oblong nipples... And the fact that I look quite a bit heavier.

February 11th:
I got my answers to all of my questions today and I am a fan of the answers. So, I do believe that I am going to go ahead and schedule my BA! I am soooo excited!!!! I am hoping that I am able to schedule it for March 13th. That would be the best time for me. I should be able to easily get my mother or mother in law to come out and watch or take my daughter for the weekend. I will be going out of town on Thursday for the pre-op, stay over night and get surgery, then probably leave. It doesn't sound like Roxanne does one day post-op appointments. I think she does pre-op one day before, surgery, then 2 weeks later a post op, 6 weeks, 3 months, 6 months and anytime in between that I need to see her. Having to travel 3 and a half hours for each of these trips is going to be fun! I wish PS's made some weekend appointments. That would make my life soo much easier. I don't want to use all of my vacation time and not be able to do anything fun this summer with my lovely new boobs! =[
Anyway, I am sooo excited! A little worried about prescriptions and such considering I will have to pay for all of those out of pocket which kind of stinks! Anyone have any guesses as to how much each prescription is? I will be getting percocet, naproxen and neurontin (not sure if the last two are the same thing.)

i think all that i really have left to do besides schedule surgery and put down my deposit is to send Roxanne tons of boob pictures and ask her what her recommendation on sizing is. I did set up a phone consultation which I think I will still do this Friday around 2:30 just because i don't think my emails are really letting ehr know how excited I am lol. And of course, hearing her inflection and how she speaks to me is obviously important. So.

February 13th:
Scheduled surgery today! Yay! March 13th is the date. 7:30 am. Supposed to be there at 5:30. I'm worried about anesthesia, last time i had it I was SO sick. I have my pre-op appointment with her for sizing and such the day before. Not doing it before putting the full amount down, slightly worries me, I'm just worried she won't be able to do the size I want due to my small-ness. But I believe in her and think she will do her best to get me to where I want to be. We still haven't really talked about sizes at all. But, we have our phone consult in about an hour and I will see how she wants to go about that. I think I will send her two instgram links that she can look through. I only really have to boobie wishes. Well, a few more than two. but two big ones aha. Anyway, I've got to get some cleaning to get done. So, will update again after the phone conversation.

The phone conversation was nice. Didn't really go over anything new just discussed sizing a little bit and what is going to happen the day before the surgery where we will decide all this. I'll probably send her a couple links to boob wishes anyway, just so she gets an idea of what I like right away. Maybe she'll tell me the size I want is too big aha. I'm guessing a 500cc HP implant. She did say that we will probably go with HP because she doesn't me to look wide at the top and have boobs under my arm pits lol. I really thought I had a lot more breast tissue than I do aha. Looking at pictures changes that. So I will not be looking at any more pictures of my boobs lol. Walked by VS today and saw tons of gorgeous lingerie and the free truffles with $75 purchase. Was tempted to buy something already, but I'll wait aha. Even though I am going to guess right now that I will end up in a 34DD. We will see 3 months after my surgery. But I am 95% sure that's what I will be. If I'm right, then I will pat myself on the back.

From now on, I really don't even know what to update with! Until I get my physical done next weekend and get cleared for surgery, put down the rest of the money, buy my post op stuff. Does anybody find it strange that she doesn't want to see me the day after the surgery? Is that typical? Don't most people see their doctors the day after instead of waiting 2 weeks? I dunno. Guess I'll read a few more reviews aha.

22 days before my surgery. And I literally don't even know what to do with myself lol.
The Victorias Secret rewards cards really make me want to buy new bikinis and bras.
But I know that isn't wise.

Anybody else travel out of town for their surgery and not know sizes before-hand?
This makes me super nervous! I just put down the rest of my money since surgery is in 15 days. And I'm slightly freaking out worrying that she is not going to go as big as I want. Or just not be able to fit them.
Agh!
