POD #34
Today marks 34 days after my surgery. I was able to start a "soft" chew diet 4 days ago. I am still wearing elastics (only removing to eat and oral hygiene).
POD 14- 12/22/2015. Happy Birthday To Me
12/22 is my birthday. Saw the surgeon and new rubberbands placed.
Postop Day 12- Dec 20, 2015
Still some mild swelling especially on right. Saw surgeon a week after surgery. He placed rubber bands. The rubber bands hurt worst then the surgery. I have now had the rubber bands on 6 days (today is post op day 13) and the pain is now better. Overall, I am doing very well. I am scheduled to see my orthodontist today. This will be the first time since surgery. I am seeing the surgeon on a weekly basis.
