Reduction WITH (???) Implants?? + TT and Lipo

52 next month, mother of three, one baby was almost 11 pounds. Definitely have diastasis recti. Procedure is scheduled for just under a month from now. Starting lab work tomorrow, pre-op next week. Dr Roxanne Grawe is surgeon.

Getting nervous. Mammogram said I have very dense breast tissue so I'm worried about how long a lift will last and if I should be taking a different approach? I'm currently squeezing into a 38DD, Victoria Secret says I'm a G or H. Each cup of that size are the size of my head!



Any advice on the lift versus something else wildly appreciated.

Original plan was a reduction, that morphed into a lift that has morphed into a lift with implants...WHAAAAATTTTT????

But after showing Dr. Grawe my "wish" photos that's the only way I'm going to get the desired result I want. Showing my doctor wish photos seemed funny to me to do but I'm so glad I did! Having them helped Dr. Grawe understand what I wanted and ultimately her advising me to consider implants. Honestly, I did not have realistic expectations of what a lift would do for my 38 F/G girls.
