Stitch or something else?

Went back to work today. Still swollen And pretty obvious to most people. I discovered this evening I may have an issue, and have emailed my Dr. I think I may have torn a stitch, the angle is all wrong for this to be the actual implant (my opinion). Hopefully it's nothing to be concerned about and just the stitch.

Day 4 complete!

Swelling continues to subside, Can smile slightly. Working from home two more days. Stitches are still intact, continue applying Vaseline and cleaning. Very little bruising, thankfully.

72 hours later...

Pain is virtually gone, slight bruising is visible (expected much more bruising) swelling is slowly subsiding. Skin is sensitive to touch with a burning sensation when Vaseline is applied. Cheeks/chin are swollen and gums have some tenderness. Lips and surrounding tissue have tightness, Occasional tingling. The Stitches do not bother me and even forget about them.

Drinking is a challenge, Using an adult sippy cup. Avoiding solid food, sticking with protein shakes, pudding, yogurt and banana popcycles.

I am brushing teeth with Childs size tooth brush.
