I'm feeling good. My implants haven't dropped and my boobs are still a bit swollen and hard but everything is healing well and I'm not in any pain.

I've had some hiccups in the healing process. My belly button got infected, my drain is still in due to my output still being too high and my right boob is so bruised I have to go in next week and get it drained unless it majorly improves this weekend. All in all I'm doing okay though. I was cleared for exercise and for the most part am back to my normal daily life. I just can't wait for the swelling to be gone and my implants to drop! Patience is so hard!!!

i'm just putting this out there..my PS says no exercise for 6 weeks! I couldn't even walk for exercise until week 4. why would yours say ok to exercise if you still have in drains and are still bruised? I'm sure it's painful. If I were you I'd just take it easy and let my body heal for a little longer. The more you move around the more drain output you have as well...just a thought. hope you are feeling ok with minimal pain

I have restrictions like no ab work and no bicep/pec work and my drain is out now. My bruising has also come a long way over the weekend. I had another check and drain removal today and all is going well. My dr said to start light (no more than 50% of my pre) and work my way up as I feel okay. I am a fitness instructor and worked out 10+ hours a week so maybe it's a case by case basis. I haven't done anything but walk yet but I def don't want to hurt myself or ruin my results so I will take it slow :) I'm feeling great though. No pain other than slight discomfort due to swelling.

Did you see the picture of the bruise on the underside of my breast? It's really dark and pooling there too.

your TT scar looks very nice! are you putting on arnica cream for the bruising?
September 9, 2015
I'm not putting anything on it. I didn't even know that was an option.

I don't think I have any bruising down on my TT incision
