Taylor, my case manager, has been great. I've had some issues with my hemoglobin levels which caused my surgery to get delayed. Taylor has helped me every step of the way with getting healthy and then getting the appropriate approval. Dr. Grawe is so sweet and encouraging. I'm so excited to finally have a flat stomach and full breast again after having 4 c-sections and loosing 65 lbs.

I'm so excited I can hardly stand it! I'm in the "eat-extra-protein-stay-away-from-certain-meds" count down! I've included some befores of my stomach. (Sorry for the bad lighting!)

Detox Starts Today!

I'm 9 days out and I just completed my registration at the surgical center! I'm really excited and a little nervous. I'm starting a detox today which basically consists of water-protein-water-veggies-water-protein-water... You get the gist. Protein and water before and after surgery are so important and getting all the sugar out of system will only help with the swelling and healing.
