Day 1: Friday 1/13/2017 In-office procedure. Awake...
In-office procedure. Awake the whole time. For the most part it wasn't painful, just uncomfortable. I do not tolerate pain well and a few times I flinched in pain. I felt like I was being a "pansy" for flinching. I do hope I didn't disrupt the doc and I do hope he got all the parts he wanted. I did ask and he did reassure me he did. I hope so.
Afterwards I was wrapped in my new belly band and got dressed. My friend gave me a ride home and I popped a pain pill on the way. Overall I'm feeling pretty good. That evening I took it easy. Ate a light dinner and was diligent in taking my pain meds. Most of the pain I felt was near the incisions.
Day 2: Saturday 1/14/2017
Most of the night slept on my back. Turned to each side in the middle of the night. I woke up pretty stiff, but a lot of the pain was gone. Felt mostly sore. Opted to not take pain meds since there was little to no pain. Walked around a lot more. Was able to make everyone lunch and fold laundry. Chilled out the rest of the evening.
Day 3: Sunday 1/15/2017017
Slept much better but still woke up stiff. Took off belly band and bandages. Got a good look and I can already see a new shape and could forsee past the swelling what I would look like in 6 months. I saw the younger flatter self! At this point is when I could definitely say this was all worth it! I did step on the scale and looked like the doc took out 8 lbs of fat out! That's nice!
After my shower, I rewrapped myself and went grocery shopping. Zipped all around the store and I was moving around much easier. The pain was gone and now I'm just sore in areas and it was getting better with each day.
Day 4: Monday 1/16/2017
Woke up and started my usual daily routine. Shower, make up, got dressed and got the kid up and ready for pre-school. No work today due to holiday. Did some shopping and ran errands. Felt pretty good except for the occasional itch near the incision. Things must be healing well. Noticed that the bruising is looking worse than before but no pain. Just tender in areas. I'll be ready for work tomorrow.

Dr. Tyler Angelos, MD Short Story: -Vast knowledge of current and traditional procedures -explains pros and cons of each type of procedure -realistic in desired outcomes (wouldn't sell you on something if its wasn't the right thing to do) -active listener -answers lots of questions! Overall, if you are considering a doctor for any cosmetic procedure, I do highly recommend Dr. Tyler Angelos. His skill set is not only science but also a balance of art. I do feel that is REALLY important when it comes to cosmetic procedures. The Long Story: My initial visit with him was to reduce some scaring I had from my c-section. He was a great listener and I got my kenalog shots I needed reduced my raised scar and to rid of the itching. About a year later, my friend had her lipo procedure done by him and she looked fantastic. She already looked great, but then she looked outstanding! I realized that as I'm nearing 40, I would need help to get the shape I always wanted. I felt it was time to go back and see Dr. Angelos. His consultation was informative. We discussed all the possible options based on my desire to get rid of my trouble areas. I asked all sorts of questions about different procedures that I have heard about and he went through all the pros and cons of each. I really like that. I had already concluded that I would go forward with the procedure and he was happy to tell me what to expect. To my surprise he was exactly right on how I would be and feel. After the procedure he gave me his cell to text him with any concerns or questions. That alone put me at ease to any lingering concerns. A doctor I can text with questions day or night all weekend long. I can't even get a hold of my regular doctor that way! After just a few days of my produce I can already see results. I'm pleased by his work and feel that this was all worth it. Overall it's been an amazing experience. I will certainly call upon his services again for when I'm ready to seek help for some self improvements.
