After having 4 kids I had some loose skin and decided to get a tummy tuck. The pain was similar to a csection but not quite as bad. Recovery was 2 weeks. Took about 2 months to heal completely with the swelling and lingering pains. I read somewhere that achieving a six-pack after having one is next to impossible. I beg to differ.

I'm a Powerlifter/bodybuilder. Lifting heavy engages the core. I also do hanging leg raises and ankles to bars.

I'm a personal trainer so I make my own plans. When Im bodybuilding high reps 10-12 with low to moderate weight, when training or powerlifting I go heavy 5x5. Eat clean

I always hear about people eating clean. Do you ever give your body a break and eat something not so healthy? ;) I use to date a body builder who swore by eating grilled chicken, broccoli, and brown rice daily. Is this what your diet looks like?

You look absolutely fab!!! How long did you have to wait to start exercising again (in particular vigorous exercise)? I'm planning on having one done sometime next spring and was just curious after how long I'd be able to get back into my fitness routine. :)

Woa ! Amazing results you look ripped!!! I do bodybuilding too at a different level but at first I wanted to grow my butt with the heavy weights and eating a loooot more it was fun times! A lot of work tho! Happier with just implants an a normal workout routine 1-2x a day with cardio and pilates and all the stuff I missed when I was bulking!! Cheers on your results! I love it
