Are you saying that you still have swelling? I can’t remember how long it took or the swelling to go down but yes I did hire a personal trainer :) then I became one myself

Thank you! You totally can if you stick with it. I used to dream of looking like those fitness girls in magazines, so I made it my goal. I was going to look like that one day!! I put pictures up all over the place of what I wanted to look like (hubs thought I was weid) but it helped tremendously. I never gave up, trained hard, ate healthy, and it took time but Im pretty happy with my results. If I can do it, you can do it!

When did you resume working out? I see amazing ab definition!

I waited a full 2 months before core exercises. i started out with Jillian Micheals DVDs which uses HIIT training, very light weights, and body weight exercises. It got my in pretty good shape. I did it for about 3 months before I started bodybuilding. Been bodybuilding for 3 years now and I do insane ab work to look like this. (Hanging leg raises with weights) It takes time, effort, dedication, and motivation but if I can do it, so can you. I used to be 190lbs.

That's awesome... how long after surgery did it take you to be able to work out your abs?

So besides my Fox tattoo being cut in half you can see the scar has faded nicely and is very thin.

Thanks for the review. I really want to get back to working core asap, but I also don't want to push it and rip out all the work my surgeon does. From your experience, was six weeks enough to do really hard core exercises, or would you give it longer? Also for lifting heavy?

You look great! I can tell your body was made at the gym! Working on mine too, I'll be there in a few more months. Thanks for the update! :)
