How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.
If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

About 7 Months Later
Sorry for not being as active as I had hoped. I know you'd like to know that I am doing well but more that I have something to show for it so here are some photos from a moment ago. Now, full disclosure, I've unfortunately gained weight since surgery, but I'm still happy with the results themselves. I'm considering that after losing about 10-20 lbs, I'd go for a revision on what looks like loose skin at my lower abdomen.
Before Photos
I cannot believe I neglected to post these! This was the condition of my body (174lbs at 5',6") when I got a quote. By the time I went in for surgery, I was almost 10lbs heavier. Pagadala definitely did a work on me!
Pagadala's response
I was actually a little nervous reaching out based upon prior reviews but I sent the previous pictures I posted to the office via email that night and got a response the very next morning.
Vicki called me and eventually put Dr. P on the line. He seemed like he was rushing but was responsive. He said he wanted to see me to make sure that it wasn't a seroma.
I don't live in GA so I came up with a plan to see how things go for two weeks.
I had trouble compressing the area directly and truthfully, I've been lax on compression in general because it irritates my skin and makes me overall uncomfortable.
Here's some step-by-step photos of what I've been doing with the garment they provided since my last update along with how things look this morning. Pretty good. Right?
