Finding a PS as good as Dr Cochran

So now with Dr Cochran's passing I'm starting my search all over again. I know I don't want to travel out of the country. I would prefer to have my surgery here in GA or close by in maybe Alabama. Just wondering who others are going use now that the great Dr C is no longer with us.

I seen another lady is going to go with Pagadala
I'm still undecided. I really wish I could find more recent reviews and photos of his work

When are you scheduled? I still havn't heard from the office about my original date with Dr C
Not until November 7th because of my work schedule. They just moved everything over to Pagadala's schedule. I called last Wednesday and they called back to confirm on Thursday after he looked at my pics.
I had emailed Gail but didn't hear from her for a couple of days so I called and spoke with Vickie.
Are you saying thy just lived everything over without consulting you first? My surgery was scheduled for Dec 13, but I'm not sure about Dr. P. I was assuming I would get a call about my options. I have a consultation with Dr. Song Aug 4. He is actually 2 hours closer to me than Dr. P but I was willing to travel for Dr. C.
No, I reached out to them first. They had Dr P review and then moved me. I'm unsure about him as well.
Did you ever hear back from Gail or Vickie? I called today but ultimately decided to go with Dr Song.
I spoke with Vickie when I called. She had Dr Pagadala review and called back to confirm I that could keep the same dates. Dobmind if I ask what price range Dr song is giving you?

That's great. I called the office today to see what my options were. They told me I could schedule with Dr. P or get a refund. However he would not be able to schedule me in until mid to late September at the earliest. Thinking it over I've decided to go with Dr Song instead. Price was a little higher but I'm impressed by his work.
I have a consult Fri with Dr Waldrop in Chattanooga TN. His practice is in the medical mall where I work so I'm getting another quote. It sucks Cuz I had my heart set on being a Cochran doll!!

R.I.P. Dr Cochran

OMG Im still shocked and in disbelief. I cant believe he is gone.
I just received my packet for my upcoming surger on Friday and joked with hubby about Dr Cochran as we thought he was so cool. This just saddens me.

Yes it's very sad. Do you have a plan B? Is Dr. P taking over his patients?
No I have no plan B. Im still in shock. I just spoke with another girl who was scheduled with him. She mentioned that when she contacted Gail this morning she was just advised that her money was being refunded to her. I havent called or spoken to anyone at the office. I will probably just shoot Gail an email as I can only imagine how hard they are all taking it. I guess I have to start looking into other surgeons. I really want to do it here in GA so I dont have to travel.
Oh and Im not sure if Dr P is taking over his patients or not.
Yes it's very heartbreaking to all of us and his family. I'm in the boat girl I didn't want to travel too far. I my heart was set on Dr.C. What do you knw about Dr. P.?
I havnt seen very much of his work. Not sure that I really want to use him. I guess I have to start my hunt all over again. When you were doing your research did you ever look into anyone else?
I was scheduled for Dec 5. I looked at surgents here in South Carolina but nothing stood out for me. Then I looked in GA n that's wen I found Dr.C.
I found Dr C and knew he was the one. and oncec we met with him..I was sold. I never met with any other surgeons. I'll keep you posted as to any others I find that seem pretty good. Let me know what you come across as well.

My surgery isn't schedule until Jan. 5th because I'm so busy until e winter. Dr. Pagadala is taking over my surgery, the only thing that changed was the time. I'm traveling from NC. I don't think he has been doing as many surgeries as Dr. C was, but now that he's taking on all the scheduled surgeries I think we will be seeing more reviews. I'm soooo excited and nervous! Wish I could do it sooner. Good luck to all!!

arm lipo anyone??

Has anyone had arm Lipo? I've been considering talking to Dr. C about possibly adding that on to my list. My arms look like bat wings. I'm working to try and get rid of them but wondering if I should also have them done.

I've also considered doing arm lipo and maybe inner thighs but my husband will kill me if I do anymore surgery
I havn't spoken with my Dr yet about the arm Lipo. I was also reading about an arm lift. I just need something done to these arms
I've thought about doing it and not telling him. I don't think exercise will get my arms where I want them to be but I'm horrible with exercising regularly.
