So far so good
$3,625
Still bruised and numb in some spots but I'm starting to see minor results as the swelling resides. I was able to get on my exercise bike for about 20 minutes, I started lifting 50lb sets only, just deadlifts and front squats, nothing to drastic, I realize I can't overdo it because my body is still healing. Also I've been watching what I eat, I want to achieve maximum results and not stop progress because of non healthy eating.

Hi.. was trying to find a reviewer that was into working out and also lifting heavy. I do bootcamp and was wondering if at 2 weeks I can lift moderate weight? I saw you said you did 50lbs deadlift but what about squats. I don't want to go too many weeks without working out but at the same time I want my body to heal. I'm having smart lipo next week.

Day by Day
Sooooo thinking that because I was able to get out of bed on my own and dress myself without assistance, I decided to go to work, I figured if I drive an hour to conduct a thirty minute inspection that I would be fine.... nope! I finished my inspection but on my way home, I got so weak, I was feeling like I was going to pass out, I prayed the entire 45 minutes it took me to get home. I pushed my body to much. I learned my lesson and I will be in bed for the rest of the week.....

Thanks for sharing, I'm considering a consultation with Dr Cochran for lipo of my inner thighs and to sculpt my waist.. Has there been much swelling? keep up posted of your journey.. Rest and allow yourself time to heal. Godspeed!!

Yea my thighs are still swollen bruised and numb in some spots, it gets better day by day, I haven't taken any pain medication so I guess the pain is bearable. Although I have a high tolerance. With the swelling I can still see weight loss,,which is a good thing. They say he's aggressive and I chose him because of that, along with the affordable cost. Thanks !!

Finally!
I had my procedure on March 3, 2017 and I must say that I like the sedation method that Dr.Cochran used, I was dreaming throughout the entire process, but I rather that than traditional anesthesia. I was scheduled for 10:45 and I do not remember what time I finished but my children told me it was about an hour. I got my arms, inner thighs, upper abs and flanks done. I will be planning my massages on Monday. I feel like I need to be in body cast, I'm in more pain than I was for my tummy tuck. Now I'm counting down the days to get back in the gym

Hey, how's it going? Can you notice a big difference in your arms? I'm contemplating getting my arms done. Also I see you had your upper abs lipoed by Dr. Cochran and your tt done in New Orleans. How do you feel about the upper ab lipo...did he do a great job?

Overall I'm satisfied with everything he's done, I can tell a big difference, most PS don't lipo the upper abs when doing a TT, that's why a lot of people have to go back to get it lipoed, hopefully you don't have that issue. Happy healing!!

You look great! I noticed you said you noticed weight loss. When did you get on the scale at all after your thigh lipo? I had it with my TT on 13 March and an nervous about seeing a gain due to swelling. My thighs are super swollen, no pain just some soreness. When were you able to wear pants that you wore presurgery?
