Hi Guys. I will be having a tummy tuck and lipo performed by Thomas A. Cochran, Jr, MD in Columbus, GA. This is my first post. I just received my pre-op packet in the mail from Gail. She is very nice and understanding. My procedure date is scheduled for 8/15/17. I'm already extremely nervous. I have not been comfortable in my body for a long time, probably since I had my daughter at 16. I've battled depression from weight gain for about 3 years, which ultimately caused me to gain more weight. I'm excited to start a new chapter of my life confident and happy. I plan on losing about 10-15 lbs. prior to my operation. Any helpful tips for preparation would be greatly appreciated. Let's take this journey together.
