8 months post op
I’m 8 months post op from my bra line back surgery. It has healed nice but there is a thick dark scar because I busted my external stitches. I plan on getting a tattoo to help blend/cover the scar like I did with my tummy tuck.
6 month back lift follow up
So I had my bra/back lift in July 2017 by De Cochran in Columbus (he has since passed away). The surgery went well but I busted my outer stitches by doing too much lifting over my head. So the scar healed open somewhat. It’s hidden under my bra but I plan to try to cover it with a tattoo like I did my TT. The scar doesn’t hurt but I wished it looked/healed better.
90 day post op
I visited Dr P for my 90 day post op in Columbus, GA. I was only there 20 minutes and they were very busy. The last time I was there fo my 30 day post op I had open areas on my incisions. Which was from me not taking it easy and heavy lifting.
Dr P said everything looks great. I’m healed up and my incisions have closed. I’m off all restrictions as well. He said it will take awhile for the scar to heal. I plan on covering it with a tattoo in 3 months (6 months post op) like I did my tummy tuck scar. I’ll probably check back at 6 months.
