Today I had a mini Mastopexy and breast augmentation with 520 cc inspira implants. I was about a 36b prior to surgery. My goal was to have cleavage without wearing a bra and be able to rock backless dresses. This was the first surgery (and IV I've ever had)
Things went smoothly. I did wake up nauseous and vomited about 4 hours later. It was mostly water and not painful.

I was fine after surgery and once I got home became very nauseous. I vomited around 4 times and had an intense pain in my side. A trip to the ER at 5am withsome saline, dilaudid, and zofran fixed me right up. I apparently don't do well with anesthesia (this was my first time). I'm now 24 hours post op and feel great besides being a little groggy.

Hi, Hun! Glad you are feeling better. Congrats on your new boobies!!! I have 520CC implants too. On the 16th, I will be 6 months post op. Really great experience!!!! Take good care of yourself. The first week was the roughest. Your boobies will change the way they look a lot over the next few months. Its really cool!!! Let us know how you are doing as you progress! Happy Healing!

I was super nauseous after my surgery. My doc prescribed a med for nausea and it helped very quickly. I took it when I got back to the hotel and the nausea was gone in 15 minutes. I took another one about 4 hours later so I could eat some yogurt, worked like a charm, no vomiting. This was my first surgery and first IV so I had no idea what to expect, the nausea was horrible!

The Saga Continues

So today was 48 hours post op which means I could shower ???????? As I wasn't taking my bandages off, I noticed some bleeding from the incision of my right breast and my nipples looked a little purple and the right wasn't blanching much. I immediately freaked out. I was able to send Dr. Grawe's office pictures and they had me come in. They prescribed Nitro-Bid to help my nipple that was struggling with the blood supply. I finally got my shower and have applied the cream. I knew there were risks of doing the Mastopexy and Augmentation and the same time but also knew I wouldn't be happy with the Augmentation without the Mastopexy. I love my current nipple position and am excited to see how they end up. Dr. Grawe's office has been amazing through all of my freakouts.
