Husband wants a divorce if I get implants

Today I was supposed to go in for my final sizing and cancelled my appointment because my husband said he doesn't want me to get implants and doesn't think he will be attracted to me if I get them therefore it may cause us to get a divorce. So i cancelled the appointment. He has been back and forth with me one this because he knows I want this really bad. But as bad as I want this I don't want to be the wife that chose implants over her husband. I still owe 1000 for making the surgery date but the cost doesn't compare with the cost of losing my husband

Omg i can’t imagine being in your shoes! My husband is and has been supportive so that’s a tough call. With healing and all that you need a good support system and if he’s not supportive that will truly effect your healing. Why wouldn’t he be attracted to you? you weren’t planning on going huge.

I don't know. But it hurts because I have been wanting this for 10 years. I really don't want to lose my husband over this but how and will I be happy if I never get to have what I want? I just don't want to get a divorce over it. I truly love this man

I don't know. I know for a while it bothered him me going to the gym. Now it's the implants thing . He's saying he doesn't like fake boobs but he looked at other woman that has them . He said if I ain't going to stop talking about Tuesday I might as well get them because he is going to divorce me anyway

fake boobs can look natural... he really said that he would divorce you any way? sounds controlling. I too was in am verbally controlling relationship before and sometimes you have to do what’s right for u. I understand that u want to make him happy but if he can’t support you in this and that the aesthetic u is the only thing that he is attracted to ... idk i’m not trying to tell you to get them but i had two previous partners (one marriage other long relationship) who were both against them and i decided not too. Now that i have the support it was the beat thing i have ever done for myself. day one PO i felt a confidence boost and “complete” like how i’ve always pictured myself. Do what’s best for you and your future. hope this is somewhat helpful

I don't know what it is I just know I will lose him if I get these implants. He ordered me some more fake silicone to put in a bigger bra on top of my other one but i don't think it's going to look good.

Why would he let you go this far only to make you cancel last minute? Only you know your marriage but if he was bothered by you going to the gym and is now worried about your implants seems more so like he’s insecure and concerned with you being more attractive and the attention you might be getting, he should be supporting you and understanding how strongly you feel about getting this done

He has been on and off about it since the beginning. But right before I had to put a 1000 deposit down he said he was on board with it . So I just don't get what the problem is.

Wow! I am sorry you are going through this. I have been in a similar situation. Sounds to me like he has some confidence issues he needs to work on. The problem is much deeper then you getting implants. First red flag is him not wanting you to go to the gym Second is threatening to divorce you if you have surgery. That's not ok behavior. Sounds as if he thinks you will look" too good"Maybe he is afraid of you leaving him. Afraid of you getting attention from other men. I agree you need a good support system while healing. I think you should postpone your surgery rather then cancel it. that way you don't loose your deposit. I would suggest talking with a marriage counselor. If this is something you really want you should be allowed to get it. Maybe show him some pictures of breast implants like look natural. I sat with my hubby and went through RS reviews and asked him which pictures he liked and didn't like. Make him a part of the process it may help change his perspective on the entire process. Some men just fear change so maybe that's it. Regardless of his reservations it's your body and its something that is very important to you so he should try to be supportive of you. I hope it all works out for you.

Anyone Have Trouble with Overs or Anyone Have Overs with No Problems

Seems like I can't find a doctor that wants to go over the muscle because of the more risks associated with it . I want overs because I feel that I can have more of the rounded upper pole look I was aiming for. Plus I work out . I just don't want to go and pay a bunch of money and not get the look I was wanting .

Not yet. Decided to go with 450 cc of the new mentor Xtra under the muscle . I really trust my surgeon on this.

At first I was afraid that 450 would be too much . Now I am hoping it's big enough . I also hope that they are wide enough so it gives me cleavage . I want to be at least a D cup

200-250cc is roughly a cup size from what i’ve been told so you should be good. Of course band size and BWD has a huge play. I had the same goals for cleavage and i am very fortunate for my original anatomy. i’m sure surgeons technique can improve!!! Just make sure you and ur surgeon are on the same page for goals. It’s crazy how different sizes look like on ppl with similar stats as well. Be happy with what the sizers look like and you will be happy with your results!

Now my husband doesn't want me to get it done again. I paid 1000 for the surgery date and have an appointment tomorrow to get sized and he's not going and doesn't want me to have it done. I can't get the 1000 back and in 2 weeks they are taking the money out of the card for the surgery if I don't cancel. The whole thing has got me sick .

Anyone from Ohio Who Was Your Surgeon?

Wanting to know who from Ohio on here had breast augmentation and who was your surgeon. Before and after picture would be great. Was looking at silicone implants  high profile above the muscle (which some surgeons don't want to do) I noticed that the surgeon I was looking at preferred that you get implants under the muscle and don't know if she has much experience with over ...still waiting for consult next month Comments and pics would be appreciated
