I am going to be 40 this summer and I have always wanted to get a breast augmentation. I just feel like now is the right time in my life to finally do it. I was so nervous and decided to stay a little on the smaller side with 350cc's natrelle high profile silicone implants . I hope to be a full C bra size (I wouldn't hate to be a small D, lol). I am 5'7 and 110lbs so I thought I might look at bit odd with giant breasts. I am really happy with the results so far ( I have kinda been wondering if I should have went just a,little bigger but I am still thrilled). I am only 3 days post op and I know I have a long way to go before I see the final result but so far so good. I have had some pain but nothing horrible
Looking forward to when they drop and get soft. They are pretty hard now. Do they appear a bit larger when they do settle in the pocket and soften?

I'm in the same boat, I had my ba last Thursday and I ended up getting 365cc soft round high profile. I wasn't 100% what size I wanted but I didn't want to be huge cause im small framed 5'8 120lbs and I wear fitted clothes I like to work out and be fit and I don't want my boobs to be all you see on me yet after nursing kids I was completely empty and saggy with one bigger then the other it drove me nuts wearing a bra that I couldn't fit. I am bruised now I know I over did it yesterday cause I hear a grugly sound now and have more pain I'm tying to ice and rest but seems like I'm more swollen now -I hope I'm really swollen cause I'm bigger then I wanted to be. Does anyone know how much the swelling goes down or how much they change in shape?

I hope text swelling goes down soon. I can't wait for them to drop and get soft. Mine are very firm and today I have been more sore than the past few days. I am pretty happy with them. I just want to feel like they are a normal part of me soon.
