29 Year Old, 5 Children, All Breastfed. Starting out with 34AA. 5’3, 100 lb

Had my first post op appointment today. I saw Dr. Grawe’s PA who was very nice, although I’m struggling to remember her name. She said my left side is more swollen than my right. Which makes sense because it has been my problem child from day 1, lol. Lots of pain on that side and I did notice that as it drops (faster than the right) it is appearing bigger. I’m afraid I’m looking much bigger than I necessarily wanted so I hope they calm down some lol. We shall see! It’s still very early. But overall I’m feeling MUCH better physically and emotionally. I let the girls out a bit today (in public! ????) which feels great! Can’t wait to see how they continue to progress.

I am 3 days post op now and feeling great! Just some tightness and still super swollen, but no more pain :) My incisions are a bit itchy but not unbearably. I got my shower and had a peek, I’m super happy. I have some serious frankenboob going on but I just know they’re going to be amazing when they drop and fluff. I was worried about being too small but they feel huge, so I’m feeling good lol.

My surgery was yesterday and it went extremely well! The staff was beyond amazing and Dr. Grawe, as always, made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Her confidence is catching :) I woke up in a good bit of pain from surgery and it hasn’t subsided, regardless of medication. But I was honestly expecting it considering I chose such a large implant, so I’m pushing through! I’ve heard days 2-3 are the worst so the way I look at it is I’m halfway through the worst of it, lol. My new breasts are gorgeous so it’s worth it! Dr. Grawe did a beautiful job :) I will be able to share pictures tomorrow after my first shower!
