No pain. Just sore nipples that have been rubbing agains my sport bras. Been applying cocoa butter lotion that helps. I also have been applying scar recovery gel over my two incision sites under my breast. Been working out for a week but haven't been doing my full workout routine yet till I'm cleared in 6 weeks to do so. Restricted from doing any arm exercises that affect my pectoral muscles up to 3 months. ..still can only sleep on my back. Can't wait to be able to sleep on my side or belly at 6 weeks!

Took only extra strength tylenol for pain today. Love them even more today!

So you're off all the heavy pain meds?!! That's great for day 3!! I have the same bra as your yellow one as my post surgery bra! Which one have you found to be the most comfortable?

I would recommend the kind that have clasp ...I have a black one that does and it was my post.surgical bra for the first 48 hours. I recommend that but if not the zip.kind is fine too:) and thank you! I'm so impressed on how well I have been doing. I can drive and I also curled my hair today..I'm still slow with movement but the pain has lessen and only took tylenol this am. :) I love my new breasts..it's fun just trying on colorful sport bras lol can't wait till the bras with wires on my 6weeks So you should do great..can't wait for ya! I know I am an active person so I'm use to being up and moving. Which I think helps :)
