25 days post op

Everything is healing nicely. My breasts are so overly sensitive and the dr said that could last months. Ugh! I've never had this issue even when pregnant or nursing. Also part of my insicion under one breast has opened up and was oozing so I had to go back to dr and he opened it up more to get it to air out. That was not fun. I now have a hole under there. I have to go back next week. Other then that I'm loving how they are looking.

Finally posting pics

I'm a mom to 6 kids ages 21, 16, 14, 11, 8 and 6....

I'm a mom to 6 kids ages 21, 16, 14, 11, 8 and 6. I nursed them all for atleast a year or more with the last one nursing for 25 months. After the last one was born, I took up running and working out and lost about 40lb. Surprisingly my boobs were the last thing to go, I guess because I was still nursing when I started losing weight. So I went to my PS for a consult for a tummy tuck to get rid of all this loose skin and while I was there I was like why not add the boobs. Didn't know if I wanted a lift, augmentation or both but me and my PS decided that i really didn't need to add size since I was a runner and since I was so small don't need to have giant boobs. lol So on July 7th, I had a tummy tuck with major muscle repair, doctor was surprised at how separated my muscles were, and breast lift. I came home with 4 drains, one on each breast and one on each end of my tt incison. I didn't get to peak at any of my incisions until my first doctor appt which was 3 days post op. When they unwrapped me I was so surprised at how flat my breasts were but my PS assured me that they would loosen up, that the skin was just pulled tight right now and they would look flat for a few days. I have not noticed much pain with breast lift or even with the TT, just more uncomfortable. I was so glad when the drains came out. I'm happy to say that now that I am 11 days post op my breasts have loosened up and look great. Not flat anymore like they were 3 days post op. I'm a nerd and measured my incisions, I am cut all the way around my nipples, 3" down each breast and 7" at the bottom of each. I was not expecting such large incisions at the bottom as I am a smaller person. But everything is healing great and I'm thrilled with the results.
