I feel 100% back to normal. I’m still swelling a bit in the evenings, but not too terribly. I have a couple of hard spots, but they are small and insignificant. I’m very pleased with my results! No regrets

You look amazing! I hope I’m lucky enough to have that much reduce the swelling by my three month mark. I’m just a month behind you.
I’m still bloated at night and I’m a bit discouraged because I’ve actually gained some weight! But still satisfied with stomach! Hope you have amazing results and a super speedy recovery!

The trick now is not overdoing it because I feel perfectly normal!

Definitely don’t overdo it. I did that a few times. Felt “normal” and did things I shouldn’t then paid with it at the end. You’ll definitely know it if you go too far. You look great!
