Dr. Haines performed my breast augmentation (implants and lift) 2 years ago. I’ve been very satisfied and now am preparing for a tummy tuck in 2 days. I’m very nervous about several aspects...namely death! Statistically it’s rare .14%. But other complications are also concerning...thromboembolic event, excess bleeding, wound healing, infection, etc. Finally there is the issue of pain and recovery. With four children ages 4-11, I don’t feel like I can be out of commission for 4-6 weeks.

The pictures speak for themselves, so despite reservations, I am planning to go ahead with surgery in 30 hours!

So I decided against Lipo today and I have been unable to find many reviews on Tummy tucks without Lipo! I am slightly worried about “dog ears” or not looking contoured enough but I guess I can always do Lipo down the road! So my husband and I are going to stay at a hotel near the facility since surgery is scheduled early tomorrow (6:00 am).
