30yr Mother of 3. Full TT Scared but Excited! - Columbia, SC

Hi, I'm new here and I'm going into surgery next tuesday! I'm so nervous and excited at the same time. I've never had surgery b4 and I've never been put to sleep b4! So of course my mind is racing! I will post pics and update best I can. Any advice is welcomed. I'm very scared of the things that could go wrong, but keeping a positive outlook! I pray to that I make it back home to see my babies! I know that sounds silly, but I'm such an anxious person!

I'm anxious to see what my dr. Is going to say. I have to bring my 3 children with me, hope this won't be a problem. Idk what they are doing today. It's been an emotional roller coaster. ....One minute I'm excited the next I'm nervous to the point I have to poop! (Tmi?) Ahhhh! I'll be glad once this is over and I'm home safe recovering with my babies!

This morning has gotten to me! I keep looking at my children and pray that God brings me back to them after this surgery. It's supposed to rain the rest of the week....bummer! I'm trying my best to think and keep positive, but when I'm alone with the kids my mind races! I just want Tuesday to hurry up and get here so I can get this all behind me!!!! I've picked up all of my medical supplies and tomorrow I will fill my prescription for the pain meds. He wrote me Norco 10mg 24qty. If I have to take them every 4 hours this will be enough for 6 days. I hope that I have no pain after that!!!! I hope that I'm up and mobile b/4 school starts back which is on the 20 (also my bday), and football season starts!!!!
