My African American Revision Rhinoplasty Journey! + chin implant

I had my first rhinoplasty done in May of 2014 by Dr. Nukta of Ashburn, VA. He did what I asked but I felt it wasn't a very drastic change in my nose. It was very conservative. Now a year and a half later after all my swelling is gone I'm ready to get my revision done. By someone who specializes in African American noses and has lots of years of experience. SO far I've had 2 consultations and I'm already getting a little discouraged :( .... I would like a dramatically thinner nose with a small bulbous tip.

Made a consultation appointment with Dr. Maloney in Atlanta, Georgia :) very excited
My consultation appointment is tomorrow at 9:45am I'm excited because I've seen his reviews for rhinoplasty on black women so I'm praying he can give me what I want ??

Surgery date is set:)
Consultation went great!! Dr. Maloney is really nice and caring I ended up doing my pre op the same day. I brought my 2 children (age 2 & 4) along for our 4 hour drive Sarah and the girls and Dr. Maloney were so nice and understanding:) my surgery date is February 25th at 8:15am. I'm getting a revision rhinoplasty with a bridge implant and a chin implant.

Are you going to have the tip done only? because the profile looks the same in the simulation. Good luck.

I saw that you expressed earlier that you weren't looking to get an implant, but you decided to get one anyway. What made you change your mind?
Thank you for starting your revision story on RealSelf! What about your recent consultations has you discouraged? Do you have a wish pic of what you'd like your nose to look like?
