Fixing My Crushed Septum - Columbia, SC

After 35 years and several broken noses later, I had reached the point that I literally could not breathe out of my right nostril (which was about as much fun as it sounds). I made contact with Dr. Smyth Rich to discuss fixing this as well as making my nose more aesthetically pleasing and symmetrical.

I was very pleased with the entire process. Dr. Rich is incredibly knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process ahead of time. His staff is also fantastic: they returned my calls promptly, answered all of my questions and worked with me to make sure my insurance went through correctly.

The procedure itself went well and, three months out, could not be more satisfied with the results. Not only can I breathe again through my nose (for the first time in decades) but Dr. Rich did a fantastic job of restructuring it so that it also looks better.

If I were ever to have anything else done, I would go to nobody but him for it.
