Hello everyone! I am starting this post in hopes that my journey will help others and also that others will be able to help me with mine!
I have been researching BA surgery for quite a while now. I have always had small breasts, 34Aish, and it has always been something I've been self-conscious about. So about a month ago I set up a consult appointment with my PS and began the process of getting this surgery! I decided when I tried on sizers that I do not want them to be very big. My frame is small and I am curvy in my lower half so I don't want big boobs to make me look larger. I think as of now I've decided that I want somewhere between 275-300 sized silicone implants, that could change but probably not much bigger. My date is set for this week(!!) on the 4th of may and my pre-op appointment is this afternoon. I am so excited but so nervous. Hopefully the appointment today will answer all of my final questions and help me feel more relaxed about it. I will post some before pictures hopefully today or tomorrow. Wish me luck!!

UPDATED FROM k8ha1
Day of treatment
Surgery day!
k8ha1May 4, 2017
(warning, still a little drowsy from meds so bare with me)
Today's was the day! This morning my mom drove me to the hospital and we arrived for my surgery appointment at 5:30 am (yikes). It was super early but the hospital staff was so nice and helpful that it wasn't so bad. I got checked in downstairs and then went to another pre-op area where my mom waited with me until they took me back to get my IV's done and change into my gown. I honestly think that out of everything they did, getting my IV put in was the most painful lol I was being such a wimp because I was nervous. After the nurses put the IV in, my mom was allowed to come back to the room where I was on the movable hospital bed and then they walked me back to the pre-op surgery room. My doctor (who is awesome) was waiting with my anesthesiologist and they both walked me through the procedure one more time and then my nurse gave me some stuff to relax in the pre-op room and a something to stop bodily secretions (because anesthesia increases them so they counteract each other). All I remember is next thing they are waking me up from the anesthesia and I had boobs! Everything was so tight and my arms hurt more than my actual chest from the position that they had them in during surgery. My nurse was super nice and gave me a lot of nausea medication and pain meds, however, anesthesia makes me super sick so I still dry heaved a couple of times off and on until it finally started wearing off. Once I was starting to feel a little better, my mom and the nurse sat me up to stretch and put my clothes back on and then they wheeled me downstairs to my moms car and we headed home. Ive just been resting since then but I did get to eat some Chick-Fil-A earlier :) thankfully I haven't had to take anymore of the hardcore pain meds they prescribed me (Demerol) because my Dr also gave me 800mg of motrin to take every 8 hours and that supposedly helps a lot and most patients don't even need the meds. I posted a few post op pictures. even though they are really swollen and funny looking I am already so glad I did it! Edit: I ended up going with 325cc 5 generation silicone mod plus implants. sorry for the super long post!!

What brand implants did you go with? Was it sientra and was it textured?
