Don't Go to Smythe Rich for Any Facial Surgery - Columbia, SC

I had a bilateal blepharoplasty with Dr Rich.. Worst facial surgeon I've ever met. He's good in talking and convincing but he never produced the best results. Both sides were uneven, folds were terrible and the scars as well. One was narrower than the other, bad stitching technique.. I did not get the full round eyelid that I initially wanted. The staff were unfriendly, repulsive and you will experience the worst wating time ever in a doctor's office. Not only you come in and sit along with other patients in a very open tiny waiting area and wait there for at least 30 min past your appointment time, you would also have to wait in the actual patient room for another 30 min or more just to be actually seen by him... He'll do the all these talks and rarely listens to your needs and wants.. I had to get a revision done by another surgeon which I'm glad I did.
