How it works
  • Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
  • This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
  • Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
  • Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.

If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

If it had been my absolute goal to throw a few...

If it had been my absolute goal to throw a few thousand dollars down the drain, then I could not have found a better way to do it than to have these malarkey "cool sculpting" threatments on my belly and thighs. Actually, it makes me feel better to read some of these more positive reviews and see that at least this worked for someone out there!

This is like the spanx of cosmetic procedures, and beyond worthless for that reason. Sure , you can, ahem, freeze a few fat cells to death, but then if you continue to eat and diet as you always have-- not over indulging
But eating to keep weight off-- then your surviving fat cells just swell up. The end result is that , like spanx, all you have done is move your fat elsewhere on your body.

If anything, I look way worse after having this treatment. Yes, one very small part of my thighs is smaller, but who cares, because my upper thighs , which were not frozen, have only gotten larger, as has my rear end.

My belly showed absolutely , positively zero improvement

If you are looking for a way to be gullible and lose a few thousand in one uncomfortable morning, go ahead. Otherwise I cannot warn you away from this strenuously enough. It is worse than useless-- it might well make you look fatter than you do now.

In retrospect I wish I had kept those thousands of dollars, and instead of being s vain middle aged woman, had taken that money and gone on a fabulous vacation, joined a cross fit training class, bought a more flattering wardrobe to show off my unfrozen fat cell curves, or gone to a therapist to work on my self esteem.

The one thing I would never do again is spend hours in an office getting my
Flesh pinched and frozen because I fell for the old snake oil
Of an easy way out.

When they show you photos of their success stories, don't believe them: sure, the woman probably DID put on less weight in that one, extremely specific area. But ask to see her butt, or her upper thighs, or another part of her belly-- and you will see where the fat went!

Just to add further insult , I had this same office treat me for an excess sunder arm sweating problem and that failed dismally, too: all they succeeded in doing in that case was permanently darkening the skin under my arms.

Lesson learned-- the hard and costly way.
