Thanks to reviews on this page I was prepared for my treatment.

Lastnight I took 1 extra strength Tylenol before bed and 1hr prior to treatment I took 2 more. The initial 10 min suction and post deep tissue massage were painful but bearable. I had 2 - 1hr sessions on my top and lower abdomen. There were 4 applicators used during my seesions, 2 small ones on the top and 2 large ones on the bottom. I fell asleep during the first hour. I put a spanx top and bottom before leaving the dr which I think has kept the swelling down. I did go back to work after my treatment. After work I took a nap and at 6pm I took 1 more Tylenol for good measure not because I am in pain...lol. I am very tender to the touch but not in any pain. However, I was given a pain patch for 'just in case' pain. My instruction sheet says 'no Motrin or Ibuprofen' and to Solorcaine as needed. I asked the nurse about Biofreeze and she said it may cause burning. I also took as someone suggested a B-12, B-100, a liver cleanse tablet with Milk Thistle and Alpha Lipoic Acid this morning before the treatment. Tonight prior to bed I will be taking a Tylenol PM again just as a pain precaution. Overall, I feel tired and just want to lay down.

2/5/2016 - Day 3

So far I have had swelling in and bruising on my lower abdomen and some itching. I am still wearing the spanx top and bottom. I did take a Tylenol PM lastnight just in case some pain kicked in.

3 Weeks Post Coolscuplting

The pain during week 2 was crazy. So, crazy that I won't be going back even if works. I ended up get the pain patches which felt like they were burning me so I only used them twice. The Solarcaine and ice packs helped the most. I'm still numb and have itching but the nerve pain has subsided.

My practitioner was VERY pleasant and knowledgable. From our initial meeting until I left today she made me feel comfortable. Due to a cancellation I had my consultation on 2/1/2016 and my procedure at 8am on 2/3/2016.
