I have a smile that is, totally, beyond my wildest expectations
I went in the morning for surgery, with sedation. When I woke up the upper teeth were removed. 5 implants were placed in. I was taken to a private recovery room with recliners, Tv, coffee machine, snacks, dim light. Very plush and comfortable. My son whom came with me said " Mom this is first class " it was !
During the day, temporary teeth were made. Nurses were checking on me often. I had minor discomfort. By the afternoon I left with minimal swelling, next to none pain. Beautiful smile with a non removable temporary set of teeth. I had taken 4 days off. Honestly I could have gone to work he next day.
I need to specify that although I am 61 years old, I am in excellent health. I don't take any medications
I will be getting my permanent teeth in September 2015
I was a tough case to start with. None of the dentist I saw, prior to ClearChoice were willing to place, non removable teeth over the new implants right of way
Only ClearChoice. I give them a 10. Do not hesitate
As for the cost : I am worth it
If you want more information's you re welcome to write me

Hi I am wanting to get implants but be honest do it really cost around 25000 and I know I'm asking a personal question but how would it work if they were financed. I also want to know did you have your upper and lower done in 1 day?

Hello - Finally got a close up picture. One of the implant failed. It had to be re-done. So in this picture I still have the temporary. I am schedule to have my permanent arch July 11th 2016. Today was the first " try out " it looked really good. Just needs " fine tuning "
I cannot tell you enough about the great service I received. From the receptionist, Heather Mills, the manager Heather Carter, the Boss Doctor Paik and Doctor Mc Guyver, the surgeon, I had a team of professionals that really cared and delivered.
Never in my wildest dream, had I thought I would have such a pretty smile>
As for the money, yes it was a sacrifice, an investment. I am worth it. No regret !
Even with the temporary I always get compliments. I smile all the time. I will post a final picture in July
If you have questions I will reply

So glad for you. So what did they do about the failed implant? Did they re-set it? I'm still in my temps, set to do the try in in August.

I have heard about the cost and such but no one really says how much it is. I know everyone is different but there must be an average. What did you have done? What are your monthly payments? Trying to see if this is even possible for me. Please help! I am desperate!

Your teeth are beautiful. Please update us regarding the failed implant. They had to do a bone graft on my lower tooth. Did they re-do your implant?

Hi - Just an update after 3 years on my upper implants. I am simply happy. I smile all the time
The only suggestion I would have is, be cautious about the color you choose. Too white looks fake
Doctor Paik in columbia MD was awesome. Great service from the whole team. I would do it again !
The picture with my grand children is from Cristmas 2018 the other one January 2019
You are welcome to ask me questions
Good luck

Hi I hope you can answer just a few quick questions cuz I've been researching this for a long time never really asked alot of questions cuz not everyone replies or gives full answers. I would have to do the financing if it's possible for me I'm praying I can if I'm able to do it at all financially. I'm wondering if u paid all at once or do the financing if u did do the financing around how much was the down payment? I read that they have u do a down payment when u do it that way. I know it's probably different for everyone depending on how much work is needed I just was hoping to get a ball park figure for my husband. Also have you had any difficulties other than the one failed implant and did that take too long to fix? My husband thinks they'll probably be too many complications down the road & thinks they probably break easy etc. It would be nice to hear what it was like from someone who has had em a few years so I can talk him into letting me do this! I need it soooo much and I'm all for it ready to take a chance cuz from everything I've read it seems worth it and not too bad for people overall. I just keep praying he will change his mind and support me completely! I've had to put it off too long even though I've wanted to do it more than anything! Please let me know when you can and thank you for sharing it bc it truly helps us who still research to find the right way to do it!! Btw your smile looks so natural and pretty if I had just seen u on the street & didn't know this I would think they were ur real ones I love how natural they do look at the size looks perfect! Thank you again! And sorry so long lol I'm desperate!

I don’t see anyone answered you, so I can fill you in a bit. I put 1k down that was part of my total. That’s all and I was financed with a personal loan without collateral - You have acrylics, which are really good, your not supposed to eat really tough food or nuts etc if you paid for the full package or extra whatever you will then get zirconia in after awhile around a year and you can change anything you want, you have the year to decide. Then you get the final product which adds 4 extra teeth, in my case anyway right now it’s like I had my molars pulled after which I’ll have a full mouth of teeth.. was worth it.

What shade did you choose. I’m going with A2 shade in zirconium. I thought it looked good on me.

Upfront I will state I am not a fan of Clear Choice. But what are they doing? At the very, very, least I would expect that if you are getting IV sedation that you are out. To be aware during the procedure wasn't the way it was explained to me. Pain 11 days after the procedure is another unusual thing. Perhaps a little discomfort when chewing but pain. Suggests things were done very quickly without regard to surround gum tissue. Also thought the temporaries were world class. The more I hear about them the gladder I am that I did something else. I have repeated this several times on the forum. Implants preserve bone by providing pressure where they are placed. With the Clear Choice all on 4 - and this is worse with the angled implants - you are only stimulating bone in a very small area of the mouth - in the very front. This will work at first. But what happens to that bone underneath the permanent bridges in the back as times goes on. It goes away and you are left with a bad fit in the back. SHOW LESS

I am skeptical because I was "closed" on the sale prior to any detailed explanation of the procedure. That's my fault. I asked about the implants not adhering to the bone and I was told that they would just keep doing the implants over and over again until it worked. I left the last appointment prior to surgery without them confirming that they knew the exact medications I was taking and my exact height and weight that is necessary for the proper anesthesia. I think I should go in for a discussion prior to the surgery. If the implants fail, I think I will not be refunded any money.

John
I had one implant that had to be re-done twice. They had warned me . I just had a check up in November with full teeth x-rays, doctor said everything looks great
I understand your fears, I was petrified., In one day I had I had the upper teeth removed, 6 implants. I walked out by 3pm with a full arch screwed in the new implants. The whole process and the care was good. Yes it is expensive. I am worth it. I would do it again. Dr Paik was great. There were some minor issues with the temporary arch, he even showed up during Christmas Eve, when the office was closed, to fix the front tooth that had chipped. That was impressive
The downside is I am going to have an upgrade arch in the next couple of years ( I hope not sooner ). It is what it is. No regrets. I still smile a lot !
