Botox in Chin Ruined my Smile and Speech

The nurse practitioner who injects me recommended Botox in my chin so I gave her the go ahead. Worst mistake ever. It ruined my smile, which was beautiful, because now my lower lip wont contact down. My speech has been affected and I can’t laugh and speak at the same time. Botox is NOT approved in the lower face and is considered “off-label” so be very careful if you decide to inject in those areas. I hope it fades quickly, very upset.

I’m so sorry about your terrible experience! I just had Botox in chin and upper lip and there was no problem...but after hearing your awful story don’t know if I want to take anymore chances. Has Botox warm of yet? Hope you are fully recovered!
*worn not warm! Also why did nurse practitioner say you needed Botox in your chin? Your smile was beautiful!
Thank you, my smile was my best feature. Has started to wear off a little. It’s been a month. She said it was to fix “orange peel” in my chin when I frowned. I’ve been getting it for 10 years in my forehead and very happy with it. Going to just stick to that from now on.
I’m glad to hear you are recovering. My eyes were my beast feature until lower Bleph. I got rid of bag, but now I have chronic dry eye and redness!
*best not beast. Lol! How do you edit typos?
