Congrulations! And your pectoral muscle?
Hi, I'm happy for you. In my case, I have the implants under the muscle, partially, in dual-plane. and I also want to remove implants. but I fear that when you remove them, the muscle on contracting deforms my breasts, and that you do not feel the same as before. your muscle when contracting, how are you? Did you remove the capsules ?? a greeting, and happy healing
Mine were under the muscle too- I'm only 2 weeks out so I've been trying to take it easy on my pectorals. I have sneezed and that was a little uncomfortable but it gets better everyday. I would say how they look with the implants in while flexing is probably a good indicator of how they'll look after. My left breast was actually tuberous for whatever reason, so when I had the implants put in, they had to reconstruct the shape. That one looks a little funny when flexing, but it always has since the augmentation. It doesn't bother me. The surgeon also told me that my breasts will probably shrink and change a little bit more over the next year so we'll see how the muscles do. Fingers crossed they look alright - either way I think removal was the best decision for me.
You look great :)
I am also in Colorado Springs. What Dr did you use? I am looking at a Dr up in Castle Rock, but would like to have more options just in case.
Dr Bland is so knowledgeable and caring. I love him and his staff. Highly recommend
You look great! Would you mind sharing the name of your doctor?
Sorry it took me so long to reply. My whole house has the stomach flu
The name of my surgeon is Dr. Bland
Thanks. Hope everyone is better very soon!
how have your nerves healed up? loss of sensation or anything? super nervous about having another breast procedure
Good question. So I have never had a lot of feeling in my nipples, but I REALLY didn't after the augmentation. Now though, I'm getting some feeling back. It's amazing to actually be able to scratch my breasts when they're itchy...as weird as that sounds. I'm also experiencing pms nipple pain for the first time in several years. To some that may be a negative, but I really love having that sensation back.
I’m so relieved! I hope I get full sensation back once I have my implants taken out. I had average sensation and after me BA I lost a lot of it. and kind of miss scratching my boobs when they’re itchy haha it’s all numb at the bottom which sucks. hope I heal as well as you did!
I think because they're just being taken out and no revisions, there should be no further nerve damage unless they're doing capsule removal...that, I know nothing about so it's something to discuss with the surgeon if that is a concern. I definitely did not consider everything when getting the augmentation, so removal, to me, was like....nothing could get worse. It only gets better. You may get boob envy. I have, but that's erased when considering your quality of life.

Just saw my breasts for the first time since surgery!

Hey everyone! Just got my bandages taken off and my drains out. It wasn't too painful- just weird and uncomfortable feeling. My advice is to take some Tylenol before you go in to have the drains removed or have someone drive you and take one of your stronger pain pills. I was sore afterwards. My breasts are pretty droopy and very very small. I have some loose skin around my armpits from the implants. The implants were very large 500cc+ That being said, I think my results are great and I think I'll learn to love my new natural breasts. Thanks for all the love and support. I'll keep updating with photos as time goes by.

Oh my god they honestly look so good!!! I’ve been debating whether or not to have mine removed I also went 500 cc but mine have only been in for 1 year and this has solidified my decision I’m calling my doctor to schedule removal first thing tomorrow!!! Thankyou for sharing your experience!
i am planning on removing mine.. just so scared. hope all is well with you!!!
Do not be scared...you will not regret it at all. I had mine removed February 21,2018.
You look so so great! I would wish that I looked like you. Had mine removed 2 weeks ago - and I have absolutely no breast tissue. The loose skin in your armpit will go away. I had a lot of loose skin in the armpit to begin with - it is already much better!
Wow!!! You look perfect just the way God made you! I too have 500 cc silicone implants and will be taking them out in October. It will be an explant en bloc surgery. I pray I look as good as you do. I am ready to be healthy and not have toxic bags inside of my body. Happy healing...
you look great! I have my explant scheduled for 5/29/18! Thanks for sharing our experience! It makes it an easier decision!

Great to hear. I had mine out 2 days ago... feel great today. Just sports bra, gauze on the incisions and drains till Monday. They feel soft, kinda mushy and flat!! Was 36D with implants....looks like I’m back to an A cup maybe. Hope they fluff up. Happy healing to you. Hugs
