Ladies, I haven't seen to many reviews under 300cc. I want to look natural. My plastic surgeon says he thinks 210-240cc would be perfect if I am looking for something natural but that I will probably think thats too small. I plan on using Moderate Natrelle inspira. I am thinking I should go around 275/295 cc

Ladies! Yesterday was my BA surgery!!!! I was a bit nervous going in but Dr Blands’s staff was amazing and did a good job keeping me relaxed. I was pretty nervous about my implant size. I am going smaller then most reviews I have read. It was important to me to maintain my active life style and I didn’t want the girls to get in the way. I also wanted them to look very natural.
Dr. Bland did the surgery with local anesthesia and IV sedation which has meant a lot less side effects from general anesthesia which I absolutely am loving right now. I am so grateful to the ladies on this form who have given me some great ideas to help me during recovery. So I thought I’d share a few of them with you as well. Using the neck pillow in my recliner has been great for sleeping. Also another lady mentioned it was hard for her to open her medicine so I’ve pre-opened my medicine caps so I don’t have to struggle with them. Mind you my children are grown so no one will be accidentally overdosing on open till bottles. I started taking laxatives day before surgery help make sure things keep moving and will continue to take them daily and tell constipation resides. So far though no real bloating which is extremely awesome not sure if this has to do with not going under general. I think going subfascial has really helped as well as arm movements aren’t horrible ...uncomfortable but not horrible. My left breast is still quite high which is to be expected my right breast seems to already be settling a bit. They have me in a sports bra but only have the left breast covered the right breast has the sports bra on top of it.
Adding before and after pictures of pre-op and less then 24 hours after surgery.... coming as soon as I can figure out why I am getting an error message ????
