My breasts changed tremendously after nursing my children. I was never large busted (34b) but I had "perfect" breasts and wearing a bra was optional. Fast forward 12 years, 3 breastfed boys and mild strength training...the girls were sad, nearly nonexistent and lacked symmetry. I am long and lean and worried that I'd have an unnatural appearance from breast augmentation. Dr. Dash listened to my concerns and decided as a team (my husband included) that 350 would be my max. I had my surgery yesterday, and upon trying a variety of sizes, 300 left and 325 right were chosen for my desired outcome. I am beyond elated and cannot wait to see how much my new breasts settle in over the next few months!

They look great, I am due surgery 27th march, not sure on 270 cc or 240cc. Flat chested atm , post breast feeding mum, petite 5.3ft weight 8.5st x

It seemed like all of the pictures that I found that I really liked were between 275 and 300. I had nothing on my upper pole and whole I'm not a huge fan of cleavage, my chosen sizes(300& 325) created some upper pole fullness. Are you planning on having your implants match your hips?

Are you still feeling great about the size (and BA in general) a year + later? I'm also a mom of three (5 and 1/2 combines years of breastfeeding!) with similar stats going in for my BA in a few weeks and I'm still struggling with this decision. Confused about size (thinking of between 300 and 350 cc mod plus) but also whether or not to tackle all of this as a mom of three. Would love to hear your thoughts!
