Ever since I can remember I have always wanted bigger breast. After having children I was finally ready to do it! Before I was a 32 barely filled B cup. I had my consult and quickly decided to schedule my surgery. I chose a moderate profile, Sientra 485cc, round, textured "gummy bear" implants placed under the muscle. I wanted a natural look and liked that silicone implants placed submuscular, look and feel more natural long term. After the PS took my measurements, I was told 525cc would be my max size. Initially, I was torn between the the 485cc and 525cc implant. Being a tall girl I was concerned that the smaller choice might not be big enough. I can say that I'm very happy with my choice of the 485cc. I think it fits very well for my frame. I'm only 10 days post op and they already look and feel like they are settling in place. I know there will be more changes in the next few months as they settle, drop and fluff but as of right now I measure a 32DDD and fill it out well and I already love them! It has been an adventure as I feel recovering from surgery was quite hard for me. Seeing other people feeling great after 3-5 days was hard because I still was pretty much useless at that point. It does get better because when I woke up on day 9 I felt great and I think it's getting better each day. I have to remind myself that going under the muscle is a harder recovery. So I'm still taking it easy and I'm so thankful my supportive husband has been home with me as I heal.

So glad you took your height into consideration when deciding on your implant size. You really have great results! You're right, each person heals at a different rate but it looks like the pain is worth it. ;) Congratulations!

Hi there! I have similar stats and am still deciding on size. Do you have any more recent photos you can share? Thanks!
