i was so glad after speaking to Dr Johnson upon my initial consultation because he actually recognized my concerns after my old ortho Essentially said there was nothing we could do to fix my smile and that it's fine because they are at least straight. I am looking forward to continue working with him. As far as the procedure today, I saw Patrick (ortho assistant?) and he was great and able to to everything without the assitance of the Doctor. They seemed genuine and that they actually care if I will love my results!

Your smile is beautiful. Is this the final product? Your smile is looking really nice. I'm so glad you got this new orthodontist. I can't imagine why your first orthodontist didn't give you the smile you wanted.

Thank you! I am not sure why either, he said there was nothing more to do. And Yep this is the final product. I didn't have any further cosmetic filing or anything else done. I will use a teeth whitening product to brighten them up a bit though!

I will add photos tomorrow :-) I had stopped posting because the differences were very small and focused more on rear teeth.

Hi, I am starting my ivisilign treatment in a month . would like to know will it be equally painful with each tray or was it bad only with first tray ?

Congratulations on completing your treatment !

So the first tray overall was the most painful for me - and when i say pain i mean tenderness and soreness when trying to chew. This can be managed with some over the counter pain meds of your choice (tylenol advil etc.) if you wish to use any at all. I had braces when I was younger and the pain associated with traditional braces was much worse. As far as the pain going away I would say that after a full two-three days in each new tray I would experience minor soreness mostly when I took the trays out as the teeth wanted to spring back after taking the "restraints" off. I only wore my trays for 5-9 days each (and only up to 9 days based on my own instinct if a tray still felt very tight) as I was using acceledent during my treatment to speed up the process. Thanks! It's good to be attachment and button free at last! Good luck :-)

Looks great! Have you noticed a change in your face shape? I'm not 100% sure I trust my orthodontist who said nothing would change hhhhm!

No I haven't noticed any change in my face shape other than when I'm wearing my trays and my lips protrude a little more. In both of these photos I'm trying to show as many teeth as I can lol!
