Grafts taken from my ear to rebuilt my nose

This picture shows clearly the graft taken from my ear during my revision rhinoplasty to rebuilt the entire nose.The healing process where grafts are involved is longer .I didn't fully recover yet .

I just want to let you know I finally underwent a revision rhinoplasty on the 30 April in Los Angeles after I have seen 19 surgeons as I couldn't trust anyone. I had various cartilage grafts and the healing is longer and uncomfortable. My nose looks much better and I could finally breathe after the surgery despite I had splints inside my nose. My surgeon told me he has never seen such an aggressive rhinoplasty. Dr Pvajeau in Bogota took all the cartilage and I needed multiple grafts to reshape my nose and give it support . In fact her procedure cost 5,500 25 years ago and mine just cost 3,100 three days ago? Something isn't right here. Real Self needs to review this 25 yr old vendetta, I'm not buying it, and didn't. That's why I had three amazing procedures just done in the highest quality facility for only 5,100 total...hmmmm

I'm really happy that Realself exists to warn people. I 'm also disappointed to see that my surgeon under a false nick Salome Bautista is defaming me and this should not be allowed .It's incredible that someone who underwent a surgery 12 years ago decided to write a review after the negative one I have uploaded . This is not smart Dr Pavajeau! I 'd like to add that I have no interest writing a negative review about a surgeon in Bogota . I underwent two botched surgeries with this incompetent surgeon and I have several reports I can upload from reputable surgeons in Europe and in the USA who certified the damages he caused me .PLEASE WARNING! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SURGEON!
I'm still waiting to undergo a revision rhinoplaty as no one is able to fix the extended damages he caused me . I need a 7 hours nose revision with rib graft to supply all the cartilage he took from nose. My nose collapsed and now it's under projected , droopy and bulbous. I have a valve problem causing me breathing difficulty. I 'm always wearing nasal strips .I underwent the rhinoplasty for a modest bump and now I have to rebuild my entire nose. All the structure has to redone For the lifting I have to wait a bit. He convinced me to undergo the surgery even if I didn't need it as you can see from the pictures . I have been there for a vaser lipo and I ended doing two surgeries.He has many negative reviews in Spanish .Everything is fake in his website.I really do not have any interest and his email showed the lack of respect towards patients. He has never proposed any solution . For my neck I spent thousands dollars doing Exilis, carboxitherapy, massage etc .

I am so sorry to hear about this! The neck can probably be fixed pretty cheaply, just looks like it needs a bit of tightening. My concern is your nose. Good luck and I'm sure a good surgeon can fix it, still you shouldn't of had to go through such a horrible experience. My prayers are with you. God Bless

I would like to add that if your Dr. showed pictures of you to another patient isn't that a breech of patient confidentiality? That doesn't seem legal.

You have to remember legality only pertains to the country the procedure was done. Columbia is not the US in regards to this and ability to sue.

I feel for you and the experience you have had, but in order to get the full picture; before pics would really be necessary. Could you please post some pics of your face and neck before the surgery. This Dr. is actually somewhat renowned in Colombia for his work. I have no idea who he is personally, and live in NYC (never even been to Colombia). I came across him when searching for a good rhinoplasty surgeon, and so far this is the first bad review I've found. I appreciate you posting, but would really like to see some before pics to have the complete picture. Thanks and good luck!

Sorry but it's insulting to even ask for before pics in order to dilute he outcome. It's very obviously a poor job, regardless of the starting point! Let's support this poor lady.
