I wanted a better shape and more of an hourglass. I hated my arms and love handles, thighs.... Basically my whole body. I would have liked a little more info before arriving. But once arrived the staff were excellent. The op was few hours and the surgeon removed 10 whole litres of fat!! ALOT.
I was very tired for 5 days, as was anaemic. But the hospital picked this up, I am a Nurse in the Uk and actually think the clinic/ hospital here was much more through with their pre operative checks and post op care. I knew I was in good hands from the start.
Anyway I stayed in the hospital for one night as they had taken out so much fluid. I was in pain but they gave me pain relief and was fine.
The following days were hard. I relied on the Nurse for everything!!!
I have been having lymphatic massages everyday and they kill!! But so important for the final results and a fast recovery! They get easier by the 6 th one, but the first few did hurt.
Anyway will update some photos

Congrats on your body mission! How is the pain level? Has it subsided? Wishing u only the shortest recovery and beautiful results!!!

I had a bit of a bad day today. It's been 9 days and I'm still leaking fluid. I understand the daily massages are really important for the results, but they are so sore! I have ultra sound and then LD massage. The therapist also manually etches in the shape etc but it kills!! Just hoping I will feel better tomorrow. I literally dread these daily massages. Haha.

The photos say 10 days! BUT they are day zero and day one!!! I am very bruised and swollen after surgery. Arms now on day 10 are normal and thinner and butt is reducing into rounder shape.

Wow, you are looking great! I have been considering this surgeon since I discovered him as a speaker at The Cutting Edge annual conference held in NYC where I live. I hope I'll be a good candidate. Ready for some visible improvement. Exercise is just not achieving my goals.

I am from colombia currently living in Australia though. I am starting to freak out about the pos-surgery pain. I am planning to get full body vaser lipo on January and i am meeting with Dr Hoyos on December, but the pain you describe in the comments is really bad and i am scared :(. Is there anything that you can relate the pain to in order to give me an idea, or can you rate the pain from 1-10 please.
I hope you are fully recovered and looking hot :).

honestly it isn't pain, just discomfort for the first few days. 7 days I would say. But you have a nurse with you and pain relief! It's so worth it. Also it depending on how much you have taken out. I had a lot and every where!!
You just feel uncomfortable not pain really. You feel swollen. But day by day it improves. It's not the sort of " pain" that keeps you awake at night or anything like that. It really isn't. It is definitely manageable. It's like you have had a really really hard session in a gym class and how you feel the following day/s.
The massages do hurt at first, but again it is just worth it and that's all you have to focus on. :)
Thank you, I'm exercising now still swollen a bit in areas and still wearing the garment. I feel much more comfortable with it on. I can finally take it off on 8 th of December and also sunbathe!! I can't wait to put a bikini on and tan!! :)

Well, I'm not gonna lie, I'm still sacred specially about the massages, but i guess it is part of the package and hopefully at the end worth it.
I have been living in Sydney almost 6 years but I'm moving to England in February after visiting colombia, so unfortunately I won't have the chance to meet you :(, which is a shame really, since you seem nice and i would've loved to see the results in person and talk about everything! :(. btw i have a very personal question so if you don't feel comfortable answering it, don't. How long after the surgery a person could have sex? Do you know?

hi there!! love your testimonial. i was thinking of going to dr. hoyos in a couple months to get lipo done - i am coming from los angeles. what was the cost of your procedure and how many days did you stay before you went back to the UK?

How painful was the recovery?

The first 6/7 days is really hard, just with swelling as discomfort, but after that you suddenly notice a difference in pain and mobility improves.
It 5 weeks now and I am still swollen in areas and sore, but the garment really helps with that.

How are you taking pics without the garment on day 1? I was told not to take it off until 48 hours. Plus I'm so swollen
