Are finally done, after a few bumbs in the road. Just a few more weeks to go! I'm very excited. I'm waiting to receive a few things I ordered, like the Arnicare and scar treatment silicone strips etc. I will upload a final photo of what I packed for the trip. Oohh and also the much dreaded before pics.

Good Luck! A friend of ours is from Brazil and she was highly rating the surgeons there as excellent, she looked amazing. I'm in UK and 6 days post op. Try to start the arnica the day before as you need them every 2 hours for the first 6 doses. The painkillers can make you constipated so stool softeners or figs!! and you will need a triangle pillow as you have to sleep sitting up for a while! Hope all goes well, keep us posted.

That must be hard. Although I'm jealous!! Love the sun! I'm going through the menopause and had to stop meds prior to op which made it really hard at night as get bad night sweats and doesn't help having to sleep sitting up!! Hang in there, will be worth it in the end! :)

Yes im going to bogota. my flight is nov 2. Im doing a package 3 im so nervous and prepping myself. Loading up on vitamins to be at optimal health. Might be a little extra but i rather be on the safe side

Wish boobs

This is what I would like to achieve (without a bra). I will post current photos soon. Need to get my self to do it, I keep deleting them as they are too sad for words.
Received a lot of pre-op information. Just need to get a few things and I'm ready for my trip to Colombia. One thing though, I have heard a lot about taking Bromelain and also Arnica gel etc. I'm not sure whether I can take them or if I take them till when I should take them. Wouldn't want to spend on them if not necessary.
