Sex after vaginoplasty
We finally had sex. It is 5 weeks and 4 days since surgery. It was awesome. I am so tight but we used a lot of lube and it worked. My husband says the dr tightened up the entire vaginal canal. I was worried that only the bottom portion would be fixed but it is actually even a little tighter at the top. It is very easy for me to orgasm now. Also I can squeeze the muscles very tight. It's like I did a million kegels. Because I am so tight now, it makes my husband feel larger to me. My husband said he has never had sex with anyone tighter, even his first girlfriend. My husband wanted to have sex twice, and it's like being young again. I feel desired and I am so happy I did this surgery and that I chose Dr True. He made me better than I have ever been before.
One week post op
I feel much better. Went to the grocery store yesterday. I made sure I didn't pick up anything over 5 lbs. Everything feels swollen down there but I feel pretty good overall.
Day 5 after vaginoplasty
Feeling much better. I was very constipated, but finally went. I now have a urinary tract infection from the catheter. I'm going to call and get them to send a prescription. I went in for my post op appointment yesterday, and Dr True said it all looked good, and I am only 1 finger width. I am so happy about that. I am done taking pain meds. And things don't feel very swollen anymore. I can't wait until I can test it out.

Dr True is wonderful. I was worried about having it done by a male, but he makes you feel at ease and comfortable. He worked quickly and took out a lot of scar tissue I had from the births. His office staff and nurses were also caring, I was nervous about the numbing shots, and a nurse held my hand. The shots turned out not to be bad at all but I appreciated her comforting me. The phones are answered promptly. Tams, the coordinator of Fees and appointments, was attentive to my needs and got me an appointment quickly.
