Oh No!!!!
On my 12th day I woke to feeling great and having everything on track. At the end of that day I was in casualty department at the local hospital with a kidney stone attack. Horrendous does not even explain it. 8 hours of child birth like pain and non stop vomiting. Luckily I passed the stones in the early hours of the next morning. No damage done to my tt so now back on track with my recovery.
Day 11
Feeling great, no pain meds. Showering easily, walking, getting up and down, sleeping on 2 pillows and one under my knees for comfort. Ive got two Marena's and find them easy to put on if I lay on the bed and do it. I guess the worst thing Ive experienced (and its not bad at all) is the reaction Ive had to the plastic dressings that were put on my breast reduction revisions under my arms. Just looking forward to them getting better too.
Still walking slightly hunched, about 5-10% but with all the posts on here I know that within the next week I will be straight.
Went to shops today and then for a coffee with my husband. Im back home now, sitting with legs up. I think that drinking lots of water helps the most plus eating small healthy meals and listen to your body and rest rest rest. I set myself a goal of getting up every hour and doing something small like emptying dishwasher or folding some clothes etc..
Im very happy and so excited for the next few weeks to see a nice slow recovery with small improvements every day. Its all about baby steps :)

Hi all, Ive just come home from hospital, today...
Hi all, Ive just come home from hospital, today is day 6.
I had a tummy tuck with muscle repair and lipo. Same surgeon did a great reduction for me in 2009 and I was very happy with that so I went ahead and used him again for my TT.
Ive had 4 children, all natural births and big babies. This left me with saggy lower tummy accompanied by a lumpy uneven surface. Not horrific but very bad for my confidence. So 16 years after the birth of my last baby I finally did it and had the procedures. So I did work hard on my fitness before I went in and also was within 5 kilos of my goal weight of 65 kilos, which I now think I will be able to reach within the next 3 months. I still cant stand up straight but its getting better each day by small increments.
I can only walk around for 5 minutes before my lower back is screaming and I have to sit down for about an hour. But this all seems fairly normal after reading a lot of the forum comments. Looking forward to posting some "after" photos when I look good :)
