I was left with an orange peel texture

I had a co2 laser treatment a little over 1 year ago. The treatment in certain areas was very aggressive. Unfortunately, I was left with an orange peel texture on my right side near the marionette area along with a etched in line in that area that starts at the corner of my mouth and extends downward vertically to my jawline emphasizing my marionette. I have tried microneedling and dermabrasion to try to fix the issue but to no avail. I will likely need to do another C02 in that area on a lower setting to fix this issue. I have had Co2 laser treatments in the past with great results and no issues. I recommend if you are over 50 to be sure the settings are not too aggressive.
