2 Months of CO2, PRP, Microneedling. No Improvement (Photo)

Hi, I'm on third session of co2, prp, microneedling. It has been 2 and half months, my acne scars still no improvement at all. What is the problem? Dermatologists still recommend me to do subcision. I'm not sure whether i should continue the treatments. Did you guys see any improvement on the photo?

I really.could not see much improvement either. If so, not worth continuing treatment. Have you gone for second opinion? I am just a woman like you seeking the best treatment for a different reason. Maybe a physician will respond.Good luck!
I had a deep scar on my nose and I've had 5 microneedling sessions with a very good technician. I am just now seeing very good results and people have noticed the difference in skin. I say stick to it and give it time.
Also I am going for a total of 10 sessions before I stop treatment.
I don’t see much of an improvement but they so say it takes 6 months to see full results. Maybe try the subcision with filler?
next month going to try subcision. i'm not sure what treatments should I take anymore.
Do subcision and tca cross. It will make a huge difference with the right doctor! I've been there and so man things don't work I had the same scars and I see improvement. Good luck!!
Yeah trustworthy 1115 I saw your reviews they were amazing I had the same problem I had acne in my teenager left me with ice pick scars and large scars I spoke to doctor Yung he said it will cost around $8000 I'm still thinking about it
I know exactly how you feel. iv been treating my scars for years now and even after my co2, the month after all my scars returned. I cant waste no more money, I think I'm just going to except my fate and move on. I pray for the very best for you!
so the result is not actually permanent? it will come back after some time? i actually just want to make 70% improvement of the scars. anyway, im going to give last try to subcision
