In Love with CO2 Eyes

Once a year I go to the Doctor to get some “eye maintenance” done in order to look fresh. Most of the times, it is CO2 as I tend to get the procedure done in December as I spend my Winter holidays in Europe and in the UK where the sun during that period is minimal and sunset is around 3-4 pm thus reducing my sun exposure. Obviously, I use copious amounts of sunscreen post procedure and also on a daily basis regardless of where I am in the world.

What does it exactly do around the eyes? I just had it all over my face because I got botched with fat and my pores opened up and my skin is a mess afte lipo and accutite etc

Well, a Doctor would be the best to explain the procedure to you, especially before you have it done... My understanding is that the laser causes thermal damage which causes cologne production. The thing with laser is that you have to be super careful with staying out of the sun and using sun cream afterwards so as not to have any hyperpigmentation afterwards.
I have done my full face a couple times before and (in my case) it evens out the skin tone, slightly tightens up the skin (due to the collagen production).
For the eye area, I have experienced that it removes creepiness, tightens up the eyelid and gives my eyes a more refreshed appearance.

Beautiful results I thought CO2 was meant to last 5 years or more and didn’t think you could do so often? Obviously I’m wrong?

Beautiful results I thought CO2 was meant to last 5 years or more and didn’t think you could do so often? Obviously I’m wrong? Did you do full co2 fractional? Ie healing 1-2 weeks, redness 2-3 months?

Skin ages naturally (as expected) so this is my yearly maintenance routine to keep up appearances. I have heard/read that yearly or depending the treatment more often can be required depending on your skin condition.

The following day...

Once I got home I used freshly squeezed Aloe Vera juice all over the treated area and then glad wrap those areas so as to keep it moist. I then placed a cooling pack over the treated area for about 20 minutes.
Every 3-4 hours I will soak the gauze or cotton into a White vinegar/water mix and cover the exposed areas for 10-20 minutes. After I will reapply the Aloe vera and glad wrap.
Before going to bed I repeated the process but instead of the glad wrap, I applyed Aquaphor over the areas so as to keep moist during the night.
I tried sleeping facing up and used a towel under my pillow as Aloe Vera can stain!
I placed a cooling pack over the treated area a few times throughout the day and the following day or as needed.
The Following day I gently cleansed with Cetaphilonly so as to remove the excess Aquaphore and applied the cooling pack once in the morning as I was a little swollen but didn't feel that I needed afterwards. Basically I repeated the above routine every few hours and stayed indoors all day.

Day 3

Day 3 was definitely the day where my eyes looked the worse. The red was still very visible and there was a lot of pinpoint scabbing all around too! Based on my past experience this was expected and in a way a good thing as I knew that it would only start to get better from this point onwards.

I did some mild pre-dawn exercise outdoors as I needed to get out and also get some food, thankfully there is a 24 hours supermarket close to my house so I managed to stock up and then stay indoors all day.
