CO2 Laser With Dr.Anil Shah
After talking to Dr. Shah about my overall skin quality, he recommended a CO2 Laser treatment to even skin tone and help build collagen. I scheduled for Feb. 13, 2019. He said down time would be about 7-10 days. He was correct.
I arrived 30 minutes prior to the scheduled treatment and was taken in for pictures and numbing. That took around 20-30 minutes before I was good and numb.
The treatment itself took about 30+ minutes, and I have to say it was a bit “zingy” and painful. After treatment, his assistant applied ointment to the skin and gave me a list of instructions to follow and what to expect day to day. They were spot on. Dr. Shah told me to tell my husband I was going to look scary in a day or two, and he was correct. I did. Lol Once the swelling set in around my eyes on days 2-3, it was pretty ugly. Then add in the peeling...ick.
I kept my skin coated in ointment for 6 days then moved to a lighter lotion with a growth factor.
That first night was kinda miserable, so I took Tylenol and tried to sleep with my head elevated-I did that all that week. The results speak for themselves. My skin is poreless and clear. The fine lines around my mouth and eyes
are minimal. I would recommend CO2 to anyone looking to refresh and take years off her face. It works, but you need to set aside 7-10 days to recover.

Is that a typo? You paid only $1000 for the CO2 laser?
That was the price-I actually paid $700 because I am a current patient! The cost to non patients $1000. Dr. Shah did an awesome job.
So he only charged you $700!!!!! That’s just AMAZING!! Are you sure you didn’t get a special price bc you had other work done by him. Was the co2 laser in his office or did he rent it??? I’m soooo curious! Thx.

Awww. Thanks. He did not do the eyelids. My eyes swelled up a ton-my whole face did. He warned me. Lol He was correct. I would di it again for sure. Not the prp micro needling. Th needling yes. Prp no. Didn’t like the slimy feel or the smell.

The procedure was in office. I have to say, it was the best I’ve done to improve skin texture. Dr. Shah did a great job.

Did Dr Shah actually do the procedure or. Tech? Is it for the whole face? I was just quoted $3,000! I will cancel that if Shah can do it For $1,000!
It was the whole face. He did he procedure himself. He does great work. If you decide to see him, please let him know I referred you. I just saw him last Thursday and told him I’m his biggest fan. :)
