Definitely Took off About a DECADE of my Face... I Will ABSOLUTELY Be Back/my New Go-to Doctor.
WORTH IT
I gotta admit - I’m on one of those selfish people who appreciates good reviews that help me pick a good doctor.. YET when it comes to contributing with writing about my own experiences, I usually all of a sudden “don’t have the time”. But in this case it will be a SIN not to write about what an amazing job Dr. Neusner managed to do making me look younger.
Below is my 5-Star Review, which I decided to write, especially because it truly is hard to find a trustworthy Doctor, who is not there just to make some money on their clients, or the one who’s obsessed with social media, but the one who truly takes their craft seriously hence his impeccable reputation seen in all of his reviews on any website you could reference to do a check on him.
So in my case, I came in three months before a very important audition to make sure I would look my best refreshed self via booking an appointment for Facial rejuvenation. During my consultation, his attention to detail was beyond impressive, which is only one of many MANY reasons why he instantly became my go-to doctor. I decided to compile a straight-to-the-point list of all the things Dr. Neusner possesses that made him win me over other doctors I had consultations with.
Before I start, I think it is definitely very worth noting that besides being a true CO2 laser savant, Dr. Neusner also managed to completely change my skin elasticity and quality prior to the procedure by coming up with a very specific skin regimen to make sure that the results from the laser treatment were optimized to the maximum capacity. Also - Spoiler Alert: I did not expect just HOW GREAT the results turned would turn out to be, with each few weeks me noticing more and more fantastic results post-procedure.
1. He is UNAPOLOGETIC about “LOOKING NATURAL over *Something obviously was done*”. I don’t think it’s just about being sweet (which he really is), but wisely it’s about protecting his reputation by not being involved with things of that cheap looking nature.
2. INSTEAD OF IT FEELING LIKE HE WAS RETAINED BY YOU TO PERFORM CERTAIN COSMETIC PROCEDURES, it feels like a collaboration between you and Dr. Neusner to make you look better, refreshed.
3. HUGE ATTENTION TO DETAIL. A lot of even talented doctors go over your pre-op/ post-op instructions robotically just because it’s part of their profession. Dr. Neusner genuinely wants you to 'get it' and has no problem gently re-explaining it and is a delight when you are talking to him versus a lot of those doctors who can't help but strike their ego by coming off condescending.
4. He does not downplay side effects, but rather explains what makes their probability higher and what to do to counteract them if if they happen
5. Wellness is always first priority and he’s a master of monitoring your health, as he’s working his magic on your aesthetics. It made even more sense to me after I’ve done medical background check on him, which showed that he is specialized in hand surgery, and being skillful at hand surgery is not for every doctor because it's known for it’s known for being a of lot more 'trickier' nature due to having so many nuances and intricacies, requiring detailed knowledge and extra discipline… same discipline that translated into him not missing a thing working on me as a plastic surgeon.
6. BOARD CERTIFIED!!! Always go with BOARD CERTIFIED.
7. Impeccable bedside manner to a point where emotional comfort matches the physical one while under his care.
8. Cherry picked to be Medical Practice Partners WITH DR. BARRETT (who is huge not only by being recognized from celeb social media, but very well respected in the plastic surgery community). He’s very careful about he’s reputation and he was very smart to get Doctor Neusner to partner upwith him because Dr. Neusner is a pro and will always make any doctor associated with him/her/them look good.
9. No RED FLAGS like upselling unnecessary procedures. Very intuitive about not over-doing anything unnecessary.
10. Kind/Caring staff, on top of things like making you feel comfortable and checking up on you after procedure, spending as much time on the phone/in office with you as needed.
TO BE FAIR: ANY NEGATIVES? — YES.
- If you make appointments during midday, there will be traffic, because it is Beverly Hills after all…
